Weekend family trip

We booked this weekend trip because of a U2 concert at the Sphere. This property was better than what we expected. Great location wonderful property and beautiful grounds. Definitely will come back and enjoy all the amenities this property has. Instant communication with the owner. You canā€™t go wrong with this property. Donā€™t miss out.

Perfect!

I love the condos at the MGM Signature, and this one was no exception. Comfortable, well maintained and spacious. Nice view of the Strip. Communication with the owners was exceptionally good - they texted the day of arrival to make sure I knew how to access the Signature towers and to let me know i could contact them with any issues. I hope to stay here again the next time I visit Las Vegas

Wonderful Condo

The property was beautiful, as advertised. everything was neat, clean and well organized. loved the two bathrooms, both with showers. It was very nice having a separate living space from the master bedroom, and the kitchen came in handy for light snacks and leftovers, but was large enough to make all your meals on sight, if you wanted. I also enjoyed the balcony and getting some fresh air and sunshine without having to leave the condo. The owner, Bill, did a great job of staying in touch to make sure all of our needs were met. I would definitely stay here again.

5 star rooms at a 3 star price!

We attend an annual conference and discovered the MGM Signature three years ago when we were bringing out a team of people. Since we are there for business, we don't want to walk through large casinos to get to our rooms. The Signature offers easy walkable access to MGM and all of the restaurants, bars and entertainment while giving business travelers like us a quiet casino-free and smoke-free environment to get to our rooms. I can't praise this place enough. I've been traveling to Las Vegas for trade shows since 1988 and this is by far my favorite. If you want to luxury of a five star hotel without the 5 star price, book at the MGM Signature. Other tips: -There's a liquor store 1/4 mile away - save money by pregaming in your room before heading out for the night

A group of 5 girls in Vegas

This condo was spacious and clean. This condo is off the strip, the strip is walking distance but it takes quite a bit of walking to get there. Lyft was our best friend. When we were making our sleeping arrangements we noticed there were no blankets, pillows, or sheets other than the ones used to make the bed. There was also no air mattress in the room. I contacted the host to report the inconvenience and we didn't get the blankets, pillow, sheets, and the air mattress until the following morning which made our first night extremely uncomfortable as you can imagine. The host did feel awful that the cleaner had not left enough blankets in the room prior to our arrival and send us an apology and some chocolate covered strawberries even though it was not his fault. What is nice about this condo is the two full bathrooms and the space it comfortably accommodated 5 of us. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect girls getaway!!

So many thanks to Bill...he always responded so quickly to any questions I had! The condo was exceptional. Tower 2 was so close to main MGM pool and restaurants. The kitchen was very well stocked and very clean. We can't wait to stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Vegas. Just as described. Quiet, comfortable, easy check in and parking. It is off of the strip - a 10 minute walk - which worked well for our needs. Loved the indoor walkway that connected to the MGM with a great selection of restaurants and shops.

We come every year for 4-6 days for the NFR (rodeo). Always stay at Signature, but started using VRBO the last 3 years. Very pleased with the suite, rate and process. This suite did not disappoint; would stay there again.

4th of July Perfection

We came in to Vegas to see Dave Chappelle at the MGM Garden Arena. We were so pleasantly surprised to know that it was connected and we didnā€™t need to go outside to enter the arena. The facility was very clean, the unit was even better than I expected. Loved having two bathrooms. AC was very cold (and appreciated since it was 110 degrees). Host was super responsive and kind. Will def reserve again!

We loved the location and the use of the MGM pool. Canā€™t beat the lazy river. Host was very responsive and checked to make sure things were going well. My only feedback would be to improve the comfort of the couch bed if possible. It was not suitable to sleep on. We purchased an air mattress that was more comfortable. The king bed in the bedroom was great, however this listing was for more than two people. Not comfortable sleeping arrangements for more than two. The bathrooms were very nice. Would stay again. Nice, comfortable, relaxing suite

This was a very, very nice place to stay. Very spacious and relaxing suite. Having a balcony also came in handy (great view of everything), as did a small kitchen and a fridge. Bathroom was large, with lots of room to move around. Bed/mattress was very comfortable, and you're able to get a good night's sleep. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Amenities and entertainment are close by (as are fitness facilities). Basically, an excellent deal for the money. This definitely a great place to escape to, and a suite that I would enjoy staying at again in the future (especially if you like privacy, and peace-and-quiet). Bill was always willing to help with anything, if needed. Highly recommended. Thanks again for everything, Bill. Your suite is awesome!

This comfortable spacious corner suite exceeded our expectations!

Clean and well stocked, balcony with nice views plus two bathrooms. Great location, short walk to MGM and monorail via a moving indoor walkway. All MGM amenities are included without extra fees. Great off the Strip Location

MGM Signature was perfect for us. Connected to but set back from MGM Grand, it provides access to all the amenities of the casino complex without the smoke and frenzy every time you get off the elevator. We have family living in Vegas so we visit regularly. Because the Signature is close to the airport and monorail, we save on taxi fares. We also like being able to walk down Harmon to get to the Las Vegas Strip rather than walking through MGM complex every time. We purchased beverages and snacks for the condo at a Walgreens located only a couple of blocks away. The condo is lovely, very clean, well maintained and looks exactly as pictured on the website. The staff at the Signature desk are welcoming and ready to assist in any way they can. Would definitely recommend.
