Loved the location. It's was central to most of the sights we wanted. Check in and check out was a breeze. Having a washing machine was also very helpful.

Location location location. Everything is is a few step away from restaurants grocery and shops The apartment is quite large for a Paris apartment - only criticism is the need for a shower. Host was amazing with communication Comfy bed quiet neighborhood loved it

This was my first time to Paris and picking this location was perfect. The ability to walk out your door each day and walk to Rue Cler to shop for fresh groceries or dine at quaint restaurants was perfect. Walking distance to many local attractions.

Was as described in a nice location. Check in was easy and the host provided videos for how to do things which was helpful!Communication was easy with the host, the freezer was dirty when we arrived but we did not use any of the kitchen things so it was not an issue for us. Make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and hand soap as there was none in the apt. Washing machine was a great help in the middle of our trip, plan to dry things on the rack overnight.

Cannot say enough about the location! So great to be next to all the shops of Rue Cler, a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower and easy access to the metro. The apartment was as advertised and all that we needed. The host was prompt and helpful. The apartment is minimal and a bit worn - bedroom door didn’t close, the flooring is a bit worn, and we had to make extra trips for toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Those are the only things that Jerrod this from being a 5* review.

Communicating with Host was excellent. Questions I had about our arrival, heat for the apartment, or early morning check out. Very prompt. Apartment was clean but kitchen ware seemed a bit well used. Bathroom amenities were sparse…overall experience was pleasant. Thank you

It was very good location and very safe. We enjoyed the view and it was very clean inside the suite. A big mall and supermarket was 5-6 min walking distance. I would recommend this place

Happy

Good location, the flat feels like a typical parisian apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the host was quick to provide any missing stuff (we asked for a new light bulb). They are very responsive! We forgot the passport, realized that only after the check-out and the host connected us with a cleaner to retrieve it. Massive thanks for that!

This place could be quite a great space…BUT IT IS NOT. If you plan on communicating with anyone, including the host, local establishments, etc., there is NO service and NO WiFi. The PW did not work and two days after our stay I am still dealing with this complaint. We had to walk 1/4-1/2 a mile to read texts and emails and communicate with anyone. It’s virtually impossible to enjoy your stay in Paris without communication. Confirming restaurants and tickets etc. they never fixed the problem. All AI automated responses. That they will check soon etc. never did they fix it. In addition to that there were ants in the bathroom, living room, bedroom and kitchen and EVEN refrigerator. We bought a few groceries the first day and put them in the refrigerator and had to throw groceries out. They are offering ONLY a 25 Euro refund out of 750 Euro total for no service and wifi and a place full of ants. VERY DISAPPOINTING. EVERYTHING ELSE ABOUT PARIS WAS 5 stats. Do not stay here.

This really is a lovely apartment. Great location in the 7th - 30 seconds from Rue Cler and a 15 minute walk to the Seine. Lots of places nearby to get fresh cheese and produce and other groceries. We cooked a lot during our stay so very handy. All in all, 5 stars there! All directions and communication was clear and the host very responsive. The apartment felt spacious and the bed was comfy! The windows overlooked a center courtyard. Very charming. The 4 stars for my review was simply the condition of the kitchen and lack of follow thru from the time the property was last rented. Most ALL of the kitchen dishes were filthy with food stuck on and greasy. The washing machine had a strong mildew odor and there was no shower curtain when we arrived. I contacted the host immediately and was first told they would send a member of the cleaning team over and then was told the next day that because it was an VRBO, doing the dishes was the guests' responsibility. We were also instructed how to clean the washing machine and to use the shower without a curtain until it arrived (Day 3 of stay). Again, the host was apologetic, but not overly helpful because I don't think they completely understood that the cleaning company didn't prepare the entire apartment thoroughly for new guests. IMO they need a new cleaning service. FYI - the host did thank me for taking the time to wash the dishes and clean the washing machine so we could use it, but no compensation/break for my troubles.
