Walking - The property is just a short walk away from Stow village centre as well as many picturesque walks and a local pub called The Cross Keys.



Car - The A14 and A46 are a short drive away and provide access to neighbouring towns and cities. There are lots of amenities within driving distance including Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln County Hospital and Lincolnshire Showground.

Other Things to Note:

* A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is held on your card in the same way hotels process a deposit at check-in. The hold is renewed every 5 days (as it cannot remain active for longer), and while some banks display this as a transaction and others as a pending hold, please note it will not be charged unless there is a breach of our terms and conditions.



Alternatively, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. The waiver provides coverage of up to £250 for accidental damage during your stay. Please note that it does not cover intentional damage, unauthorised activities (such as smoking or parties), excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, or loss/theft of property.



* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.



* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.



ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:

To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.



PARKING:

The property benefits from FREE off-road parking on a driveway and also has plenty of free on-street parking.
