Dear [Host/Management], I am writing to express my strong disappointment with the cleanliness and condition of the apartment (Booking #1075275). Summary of Issues: * Pest Infestation (Bedbugs): We found live bedbugs on the bedding and towels. I have attached photo evidence to this email, and I will also upload video footage showing the bedbugs as further proof. This is a severe health hazard. * Lack of Communication: I sent an email on July 14th regarding parking and kitchen amenities, but I received no response. * Cleanliness & Odors: The apartment is unclean, kitchen utensils are covered in grease, and a strong sewage odor comes from the bathroom. * Bedding & Sleep Quality: The bedsheets smell strongly of cooking oil fumes, making it impossible to rest or sleep. * Privacy & Maintenance: The window lacks a curtain, and the door key gets stuck after opening. My family and I cannot tolerate these conditions, and changing rooms is not an acceptable solution. We are leaving immediately and booking another hotel. I expect an immediate response and a full refund for our stay. Sincerely, Mao-Hsiang Lien
