Welcome to our home, located in a quiet resisdential street and a 15 minute walk over the river from the vibrant town centre of Shrewsbury. This historic market town is renowned for its medieval architecture, winding streets, and charming riverside setting. Explore the rich heritage, visit the numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants, or take a stroll along the River Severn.

Welcome to our 2-bedroom home, nestled in the of picturesque town of Shrewsbury. Offering the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.

Our home features two bedrooms located upstairs on the ground level where you enter. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom offers a single bed.

Downstairs will take you to an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, creating a spacious atmosphere. Our TV is a SAMRT TV with all the main streaming channels but does not feature Freeview. The dining area is enhanced by bi-folding doors that open onto a small patio area. The fully-equipped kitchen provides dishwasher, electrc hob and cooker and we have a washing machine located in a seperate cupboard off the bathroom.

The bathroom features a bath with a shower head, offering a leisurely soak after a long day.

Whether you are friends or family who are either visiting Shrewsbury for a weekend getaway, a business trip, or an extended stay, our home offers the convient and comfortable base.

Guests will have full access to the entire property.

If you are wanting an early or later checkout, please ask and if we can accommodate we will. There will be a charge of £30.

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the house.

Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
