This apartment in a quiet residential area, does not allow children and does not have a cot or high chair. It is part of a residential complex with several dwellings, each with its own entrance and private terrace. The reception area is shared with the host, who lives in another apartment in the same complex.



The urbanisation offers easy access to the beach, a nearby golf course and children's areas. It also has a communal swimming pool, which must be used following the established schedules and rules.



Less than ten minutes by car, you will find connections to the motorway, which facilitates access to any point in Málaga. To explore the Costa del Sol, it is recommended to take the coastal routes, which are ideal for discovering its beaches and coves.



Upon entering the apartment, a spacious living room with a fully equipped American kitchen and electric cooker will welcome you. The living room has access to a terrace with an awning, ideal for relaxing. The decor, in soft and balanced tones, provides comfort and good taste, creating a perfectly tranquil atmosphere for holidays.



The bedroom, bright and furnished with high-quality materials, includes a comfortable double bed that ensures restorative rest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray and jet taps, providing an ideal space to prepare each day.

Booking Conditions
