White Flowers, a bright and spacious typical apartment in the Santa Croce district.



Spacious and bright apartment on the ground floor of a building in the Santa Croce district. This modern apartment offers a living area with a dining room and kitchen, and a living room with a TV and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, including a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. White Flowers features two bedrooms, the first furnished with a queen-size bed, and the second with two single beds. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower.

Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The property is in a great location. It was a little bit of a scavenger hunt to find it initially, but we appreciated how quiet it was later. It could have been a little cleaner, but was adequate for our needs.

Stayed two nights and if we were there for any longer I would’ve complained. The good is it is in a quiet section of town not far from the train station. The rooms are big and there is plenty of space. There was no WiFi or coffee pot as stated in the listing. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms only and one drips condensation from over a doorway that creates a puddle. The biggest issue is the bathroom and the black mold throughout it. That was not ok.

Nice location

We enjoyed this property that had views of the canal but away from the crowds. The property managers were very responsive. We would stay here again if we return to Venice.

We were only in town for one night. Check in was easy and the apartment was clean and as listed. Good location to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Great Location

This apartment is in a great location to easily walk to the major sites in Venice. It was a comfortable set-up for my family of 4. Clean and modernized.

Great location.

Great location. Odd space, but this could be typical for Venice since it is so old. The master bed room smelled moldy.

Very clean

This apartment was extremely clean and was just the size we needed for our stay in Venice. The property managers were always very prompt responding to any questions I may have had. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone! It was in a quiet side street so we never worried about noise from foot traffic.

Nice location! Easy to transportation

Quiet property. We were happy about the property we chose. They alley you go down looks kinda sketchy but it’s perfectly safe. We found it easily. Rooms were comfortable. Great cafe down the street. Very close to the transportation center where you can grab a water taxi or water bus or bus or cab to get around Venice.

Quiet place on the canal

Location was perfect - away from all the hustle & bustle but still within a short distance for site-seeing. The door was not marked properly which made it confusing but the pictures helped to clarify. Could have been a littler cleaner.

I would not recommend this to anyone. The place had a terrible smell. It does not look like the pictures and is not clean especially the bathroom. The pictures of the listing were either old or photoshopped. Smelled and looked like there was mold in the bathroom. Horrible value for the money. Of all the places (4) we rented on recent trip to Italy this was the only one where the host didn’t greet us at the rental and let us in but it needed that the most. Hard to find, and we had to get keys from a lockbox then locate the place from a poorly made map.

The house is well located in a quiet street away from the noise and by a canal which was a great surprise to see when I opened the shutters in the morning. There is lots of space for a family of 4, plenty of storage for our clothes and with all the necessary amenities. We stayed for 6 nights and we really enjoyed it. Some things that require improvement would be definitely communication. The host would not communicate on certain issues for example while we were waiting to hear back about some problem we had, the next reply we received was about what time we were thinking of checking out the day after. It felt cold and so uninviting. Not even a thank you at check out like a kind host would have done. Amenities also were scarce, like 1 dishwashing tablet for a 6 day stay and 2 toilet paper rolls. That wouldn’t have been a problem if any super markets were around. Overall a good experience though.

Don't be intimidated by the narrow alley way to this nice property

The apartament is well located and it makes it easy to travel with kids. If you arrive earlier than the check in time make sure to ask them about using their lockers at Piazzale Roma. We were able to have a nice lunch before check in without having to carry our luggage around. Their check in instructions were very detailed and we were able to get there following their instructions. The property was clean and backs to a canal. We had no noise issues during our stay. We had a great time and would consider coming back to the same property again. Grazie mille!

Loved the apartment - not fond of independent check in …

Apartment was clean and well located for our purposes. Nice grocery store and bakery near by. It’s not just this apartment - many VRBO seem to have gone to self check in . Nope! not for me.. Have to find office, lock boxes, codes, then have to find apartment . Gone are the days, I guess, where an agent meets you, shows you the apartment and acclimates you to kitchen, AC, garbage routine etc. Miss that - self check in is hard work and adds to the stress . Apartment itself was great.

Quiet apartment by the canal

The apartment was quiet and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the rooms large. Off the main walkway so it was quiet, but yet close to so much. Watch your head going into the washroom as the door and ceiling are low. Obtaining the key was easy, with good directions. We did have an issue one evening where we could not unlock our door and could not make contact with the host company. Two phone numbers, Whatsapp, email and text produced no reply until an email arrived after our check-out. An emergency contact is important. Overall, the property description is very accurate.

BEAUTIFULLY Remodeled Apartment! :-)

The apartment was Remodeled Beautifully! Completely new kitchen, bathroom, awesome light fixtures, paint, furniture; everything!! Very contemporary, classy design... The apartment is tucked back away from the hustle & bustle of the Main walkway, but not too far. Overall location is ideal within walking distance of everything, especially the Train Station, as we took the High Speed Train from Rome to Venice... (flew out of Venice) Taxi ride from Train Station/Apartment Area to Airport is about a 15 min ride. The apartment had all the necessary amenities. Check in was a little difficult, the step-by-step instructions & reference photos were off. They need to update the photos for the Key Lock-Boxes. The only 2 things I recommend for Ownership/Management is: Provide 2 sets of keys, they only gave us one set. And add a little shelf in the Shower for Soap & Shampoo. Otherwise, this is an excellent choice for Lodging!! We would stay here again... :-)

It’s hard to understand the business logic of renting a nice apartment but failing to fit ann extractor fan in the bathroom and failing to do the overdue refurbishment of the shower. It’s also shame that there wasn’t a bit more care put into the kitchen for example the dishes and glasses available were very sparse.Great location, nice rooms, very comfortable beds although lacking a mattress cover with just a sheet on. Not an apartment for your first time in Venice.

Apartment was exactly as described and in a great location in Venice. Maybe 10 mins from the train station. It’s off a small street with a nice cafe in the mornings and more than a few restaurants. All within a few steps of the front door. We had tons of space (2 adults / 2 older teenagers). About 15 - 20 mins to St Marks but there is water bus you can take from the train station. One reminder is that you can’t get the keys until after 3:00 PM. We showed up a little early and had to wait, but that was on us.

Perfectly located down an alley where the noise from the Main Street cannot be heard. Super clean facility and well equipped. Two bathrooms would have been nice but we managed w 4 adults.

Leider handelt es sich bei den Fotos um typische Katalog Fotos. Alles wirkt hell unx strahlend. Besonders enttäuschend ist das Bad. Die Tür konnte nicht gelossen werden, an der Wand war Schimmel, die Toilettenbrille war lose und sichlich alt, Seife/ Shampoo fehlten komplett. Alles zusammen wirkte das Bad sehr unhygienisch.Auch das Geschirr in der Küche war teilweise dreckig. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, über dies alles, lief sehr schleppend und unbefriedigend.
