This charming 80m² apartment is beautifully decorated and conveniently located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse dining options.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has elevator access.
The living room is a homely space with a comfortable sofa bed for relaxing, a wide-screen TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table. Multiple windows fill the room with natural light, enhancing its inviting atmosphere; there's also a balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential cookware and cutlery needed to prepare a delicious meal. It includes an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other handy utilities. A washing machine and dryer are also provided for your convenience if you need to do laundry.
The bedroom is a restful retreat featuring a queen bed, a wardrobe, and two chests of drawers. High-quality linens are provided to ensure your comfort.
The bathrooms have all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned to ensure a pleasant stay.

Within close proximity are popular attractions such as Livraria Lello and Torre dos Clérigos, offering a glimpse into Porto's rich history and culture. Nearby restaurants and bars, including Capa Negra II and Santo Burga, provide ample opportunities to sample delicious local cuisine and drinks. Whether you're interested in sightseeing or dining out, this address offers a convenient and enjoyable base for your adventures in Porto.
It is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from Francos metro station and a 13-minute walk from Casa da Música metro station. This makes it a great location to explore the city and all it has to offer.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
