However, we would like to point out that many of the features you mentioned — such as the absence of air conditioning, the check-in procedure, and the lack of Wi-Fi — are clearly stated in the property description prior to booking.Regarding the check-in process, we normally send the arrival instructions — including the exact location of the key box — three days before arrival, so that guests are aware in advance and can plan accordingly.We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the beds in the bunk rooms.
