Escape to Chill Beach Cottage, a charming one-story getaway offering beautiful views of Lake Erie from your private walk-out patio and access to a shared private beach just over a 100ft from your front door!

This cozy cottage features three bedrooms, one full bath, and one half bath, making it perfect for couples or a small group looking to relax and unwind. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, and everything you need to feel at home. A washer and dryer are also included for your convenience.

Free parking is available right outside the cottage for easy access.

Golf lovers will appreciate that Erie Shores Golf Course is just across the street from your front door — so don’t forget your clubs!

Best Vrbo we have stayed at!

Seriously the best experience and vacation home we could have planned for a girls weekend. They had thought of everything (beach chairs, full kitchen) and treated us with local wine and cinnamon bread for when we had arrived. We enjoyed the private beach and this beautiful home which the pictures do not do justice. The host was so communicative and ran into no issues whatsoever. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect little cottage!!

This place was more than words, the views the cuteness of the decorating and cleanliness made our stay even better! We cannot wait to come back! Just 5mins down the rd is a great place for dinner called Driftwood, reservations only! Staff is so friendly and the food was amazing! And just a few more mins from there downtown Geneva. It was nice to stay away from downtown and have the late evenings and early mornings on the pier with our friends and coffee! Thanks again!

What a wonderful cottage for a girls’ weekend! Cottage was clean, had lots of little extras ( scones, artisan bread, fresh flowers, assortment of K-cups and a bottle of Prosecco) and a wonderful patio with a view of the water! Check in and communication with Sarah was super simple! We want to come back next year and start longer than a weekend!!

cleanliness and charm in every corner!

The property is in a great location, it is in a non-busy and relaxed area, but just 10 mins from genovia-on-the-lake and 10 mins in the opposite direction to a Giant Eagle and shopping plaza. And, of course, it is practically right on the beach. You can see the water from the patio and the sunrises are great. There is also a pier that we could bring our lawn chairs out onto and enjoy the view. Communication and check-in with Sarah were seamless, adding to the ease of our stay. And the little extras provided, like artisan bread, cookies, K-cups, added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. As for the cottage itself, it was very clean and has everything you need. In fact, this may have been one of the most well stocked rentals I have been to. It's often the case that hosts provide just enough to get you through the first night, leaving you to fend for yourself thereafter. But here, every need was anticipated, sparing us the hunt for a convenience store at odd hours. From beach towels to chairs, they had it all, demonstrating genuine consideration for their guests. We enjoyed our stay here, and next time we need to come to the area, we will look this place up again without a second thought. Oh, and if you are driving here from the south or south-east. Take 528N instead of the recommend 11N, such a nicer drive right thru Amish country.

Perfect lake cottage

The property is in a great location. There is a private beach just a few steps away and Geneva on the lake and many wineries are a short drive. The cottage is exactly as pictured and perfect for the lake. We had to call the owner for a minor issue and it was resolved immediately. I would definitely go back.

Wonderful family memories made here

This was a last-minute decision and I am thankful for it. The property was as described and fit our family of four perfectly. The distance to the lake was a definite plus! Would definitely consider coming back!!

Short Stay

Short stay in Madison for a day at the wineries. Luckily found this little gem by Lake Erie. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed spending time by the lake in the morning and evening. The house was well kept in side and out....it was perfect for our needs.

Very nice property.

Besides for putting up with the cold northeastern Ohio weather which there is no control over we really enjoyed our stay and the property manager is very attentive to any needs you may have.

Fabulous stay

We had a fabulous stay here! The views were amazing! Breath taking sunsets and sunrises. Morning coffee in the gazebo was so relaxing. My wife and I enjoyed using the golf course right across the street from the house, so convenient. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There are so many great wineries to visit nearby. The property manager was great and very helpful with suggestions of things to do in the area. Our son and his family came to visit and we were able to rent the cottage that is also on the property. What a great extra! My son and his family had their own place to stay in while they visited us with plenty of room for their family. It was just the getaway we needed. We will definitely be back. Thanks!
