Chalet Campagne Country view

This chalet is located 10 minutes from the La Flèche Zoo and 30 minutes from the 24-hour Le Mans racetrack.

This accommodation has a total capacity of 6 people with one floor. It is equipped with a fitted kitchen, a living room with a 6-seater corner sofa and a 75-inch connected flat-screen TV, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a 140*200 bed, and one with two 80*200 beds.

This country-style chalet is 10 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and 30 minutes from the 24-hour Le Mans racetrack. A total immersion awaits you in a calm and warm environment, allowing you to fully enjoy the benefits of birdsong.

First of all, to reach the chalet, you'll pass through a fragrant flowery tunnel, with a special atmosphere of modern comfort and, as a bonus, a condiment patch at your disposal during the spring/summer period.

At the entrance to the chalet, a breath of fresh air opens onto a large, functional and bright kitchen, a living room equipped with a traditional wooden bench, a shower room in sleek colors and a separate toilet. Upstairs, three bedrooms with different themes and views over the countryside can accommodate up to 6 people. A shaded terrace equipped with a private plancha.

The chalet is located near the Loir river, and close to the “voie verte” for walks with family or friends, where you can walk along the banks of the Loir and discover the lakes of La Monnerie, authentic landscapes, fauna and flora preserved to safeguard the species that are real places to walk or bike.

All shops are a 5-minute drive away.

We supply towels, bath mats, sponges, washing-up liquid, hand-washing liquid, tea towels, welcome capsules for coffee, tea, sugar, toilet paper.

Free private parking, as well as a slow-charging station for electric cars, and a bike room equipped with a key box for our cyclists.
