Fantastic place to stay if you want to be in the heart of Dubrovnik! Fabulous amenities and the apartment was 100% what we needed, everything was as described and the location was perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone thinking of going!

I had a really nice stay, very clean and tidy apartment, perfect location, not in the busy old town, yet right near the gate, close to a couple of swim spots, Martina is very helpful and friendly, I will stay here again if I return to Dubrovnik, thank you Martina

Amazing location. Walkable to everything you need. In old town. Bus stop out of old town is also near by. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All well worth the experience.

Glorious residence!

We had a fantastic stay! Martina was incredibly accommodating and responsive, even when we had some last-minute changes and requests—she handled everything with ease and kindness. She also shared some great local recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. The location is perfect: close to everything, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The property had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. We would absolutely stay here again—and wouldn’t hesitate to book any property hosted by Martina!

High-end vacation!

It was an excellent location, and the host was very easy to communicate with. However, there were several stairs to get down into the apartment itself. Also, I could hear everything with the occupants upstairs. Including noises throughout the night.

Special place!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment’s location just outside the city walls made it so easy to access the Old Town. It was a breeze to pop in and out throughout the day, which gave us lots of flexibility to explore. Martina was very responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had, making the stay even better. Check-in was simple with the lockbox, and the apartment itself was clean and well-equipped. There were some ants, so we had to be careful with any food we left out, but overall, it was a great experience. This spot is a solid choice for anyone wanting to be close to the action!

The best experience ever.

We loved everything! The bed? Comfortable to the moon, seriously cozy. And the shower? Absolute greatness. As for the location PER-FECT. The TV placement was a bit weird, and maybe we just didn’t figure out how to turn it properly, but honestly, we came to travel, not watch TV so it didn’t really matter.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

I was so disappointed in this place. On paper it looked great and at first glance it was beautiful. However after falling asleep right away after getting in from a long day of travelling, I woke up gasping for air and when I turned on the lights I realized there was mould directly above the bed and I happen to be very allergic. I contacted the host and they advised me they had a recent flood and didn’t know, however that amount of mould would take weeks to grow. As for dealing with the hosts, they were reasonable and gave a full refund but in my opinion the place needs proper remediation before it can be occupied again. Disappointing as otherwise the place was beautiful and the location was great.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

Emplacement exceptionnel, à qqs minutes de la porte Ploce. Le logement était très propre, bien aménagé et confortable…mais c’était une cave (nous avions la chambre #1) avec vue sur un mur à 50 cm de notre fenêtre, ce que ne figurait pas les photos. Les logements # 2 et 3 sont probablement bien plus agréables.

Excelente comunicación de parte de Martina, las indicaciones que brindaron fueron muy útiles para encontrar sin problemas el alojamiento. Excelente relación precio-calidad, todo lo del departamento estuvo muy bien. Destaca la buena ubicación.

Lo más destacable és su situación juntos a la muralla y cerca de dos entradas. El alojamiento curioso, con calle pròpia y bien decorado. La cocina consisteix en una plaça eléctrica y un microondas, fregadero, mínima dotacion de cacharros de cocina. Mesa improvisada. Recomendable

Great stay!

Die Unterkunft war optisch schön, ein bequemes Bett und die Lage sehr zentral zum Strand & zur Altstadt. Allerdings haben uns ein paar praktische Dinge gefehlt – z. B. Haken für Handtücher im Bad, etwas zum Aufhängen der Strandsachen, ein größerer Mülleimer und ein Klopapierständer. Leider konnte man nichts offen liegen lassen, da sofort Ameisen kamen. Mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen wäre es deutlich komfortabler gewesen – so reicht es von uns leider nicht ganz für 5 Sterne.

Extraordinary journey!

Ottimo appartamento appena fuori dalla città vecchia. Molto comodo, con un sistema di check flessibile alle nostre esigenze con serratura con combinazione. Appartamento con un bagno pulitissimo, il frigo, macchina del caffè e aria condizionata. Martina è stata sempre disponibile. Lo consiglio

Struttura nuova, ma con qualche pecca…

La struttura è praticamente nuova (i mobili profumano ancora di negozio). È in una posizione ottima perché si trova appena fuori le mura: ti permette di raggiungere il centro in un attimo ma di evitare la calca del centro storico. Supermercati e fermate autobus sono praticamente fuori la porta. Il check-in è tutto self, non abbiamo mai incontrato il nostro host. Noi abbiamo preso il monolocale, che permette un po’ di intimità in più ed ha anche una piccola porta indipendente.
