Two bedrooms with comfortable double box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep. Two bathrooms – one of which features a shower and sauna – a separate toilet and a furnished terrace offer additional comfort. The highlight is the private outdoor bath on the terrace.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cutlery and cookware. A toaster, kettle and a coffee machine with filter and Nespresso options are also provided. On arrival, you’ll find a starter pack containing dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, a sponge, bin bags, and cleaning and tea towels. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV provide entertainment.

The location right next to the slopes offers ideal access for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts in winter. After an active day, you can relax in the sauna or the outdoor hot tub. In summer, the hiking trails in the Schladming-Dachstein region invite you to enjoy a variety of walks. The included Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card gives you free or discounted entry to numerous attractions. Activities such as guided snowshoe walks in winter and pony rides in summer ensure there’s plenty to do whatever the season.
