COZY SEASIDE 2 BED/2 BATH COTTAGE IN ALICE TOWN, BIMINI, BAHAMAS

The property is a recently remodeled 2 bed/2 bath house with central A/C, WIFI, Cable TV located just a few steps from the gorgeous white sand beaches over looking the Atlantic Ocean that Bimini has to offer. Beautiful blue waters and sunset views can be seen from the living room. There is a king size bed in master bedroom that sleeps two with its on suit bathroom and one queen and twin bed that can sleep three people in the other bedroom with its own bathroom. Total guest capacity 6 people. There are two single sleeper sofas in living room (perfect for kids). There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your fresh catch of the day. There is cable TV in the living/dinning area and free wifi throughout the house. Dinning table sits 6 people at a time and there is a sofa and small table in living room.
The house (colored soft pink) is located in the center of Alice Town, in close proximity to the Bimini Museum, Big John's Restaurant & Bar, Dolphin House, souvenir shops, water taxi and a few beach steps from Sherry's & CJ's Food & Drinks Beach Shacks.
Bimini is located just 48 nautical miles east of Miami. Only a 20 minute flight from South Florida and less than a two hour boat ride. World renowned for its big game fishing and widely known as the 'Bonefishing Capital of the World.'

GETTING AROUND

If you are traveling by ferry, it will arrive at the Resorts World port in North Bimini, from there you can take a taxi for $5 per person or you can choose to rent a golf cart to head south to the house in Alice Town. The house is located at the end of King's Highway (Beach road).
If you are flying Silver Airways, from the airport in South Bimini, you can take a taxi for $5 per person which includes the water taxi fee to North Bimini where the house is located. From the water taxi landing area head north for a short walk on main road to the house located across the street from Big Johns Restaurant, just walk thru a white picket fence with a sign that reads Bimini Seaside Villas, continue to walk up the hill and pass the soft green colored house and you will find the house (pink) on the beach side.
If you are flying Tropic Ocean Airways (Seaplane), choose to land in North Bimini, from there, you can take a taxi or your rented golf cart to the house.
From the property, you can walk to the beach and most restaurants in Alice Town. There are also golf cart rentals available to move around the entire island. Contact Bimini Elite Golf Cart Rental and mention you will be staying at the house for a discount. If you want to dive or snorkel there is a dive operation at the Big Game Hotel. There are also fishing charters available for half or full day on north and south Bimini.

HOUSE RULES

- Be mindful you are on an island and fresh water and electricity is very limited. Please conserve water and electricity because we rely on limited island potable water and on mother's nature for rain and a small electric power plant for the entire island. Power outages are common due to overcapacity in seasonal months.

- DO NOT SMOKE inside the house.

- Please take care of appliances and floors

- Please turn all appliances off when finished cooking. Do not leave any raw meat/fish trash inside the house.

- No Heavy Partying Allowed. Have fun and enjoy yourself moderately. You will be charged for any damages you or your guest cause to the property. No exceptions!!!
