This two bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor, has private entrance and is perfect fit for up to 5 adults. Living room features sofa bed and flat screen TV. Free WiFi and air conditioning are provided. Well equipped kitchen features oven, stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, extractor and dining area. Private bathroom comes with bathtub, hair dryer, toilet, toilet paper and soap. Washing machine and ironing are at guests' disposal. Private parking is provided. Apartment features furnished balcony with sea view.

This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to Dubrovnik, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. Apartment is located only 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Various restaurants, bars and shops can be found on the famous seaside promenade, ideal for those who enjoy the nature and long sunset walks. Grocery store and bakery can be reached within 2 km. Old Town of Cavtat is situated at the south slopes of the peninsula. Known as Epidaurus in ancient times, today it is the tourist and cultural center of Konavle, the southernmost region of Croatia. In the times of the Dubrovnik Republic, Cavtat was the second most important seaport, place of trade and of administration in the Republic after Dubrovnik.

Old Town of Dubrovnik is 18 kilometers away. Nearest bus stop is in 800 meters range of the property.

Dubrovnik Airport is 4 km away, while Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 19 km away.
