Throubi is a newly built 2-floor residence with a private pool in the A Village Estate complex, set in the picturesque village of Kouramádes, in the centre of Corfu island. The residence encompasses the owners' vision for a sustainable and responsible destination, promoting an earthy, relaxed vacation embedded in the rich natural environment and local cultural heritage.

Each residence in the complex has its private pool and can accommodate five persons. Throubi has two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, an extra comfortable sofa-bed, one extra ground floor bathroom, bed linen, the world-famous Cocomat mattresses, towels, amenities with natural ingredients, a TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a private swimming pool with an extra outdoor sitting area and a quiet terrace with mountain views. Also, the complex has a fully equipped gym. Guests can take in the ambience of the surroundings from a garden dining area or keep themselves warm by the fireplace on colder days.
This non-smoking property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. You can find a mini market, bakery, and Greek tavernas with traditional food within walking distance.
The property is close to the most popular beaches of Corfu. Glyfada is 9.6km away, Kontogialos is 6.6km away, and Agios Gordios is 4.7km away.
Corfu's famous water park, Aqualand, is 9.37 for breezy, funny moments. Golf is 10 km away from the property. Silvaland is only 5 km away.

This villa was perfect for our family! It was super cute, modern, and very clean, and we loved the overall setup. The hosts were wonderful with communication and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and beaches to visit. The villa is tucked away in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, so having a rental car is definitely recommended, but that wasn’t an issue for us. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this villa!

‏We had a wonderful stay at Residence THroubi in Corfu. The place is beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. ‏We especially enjoyed the pool!‏ Avi, the host, and the housekeeper were both kind, welcoming, and very helpful. ‏We would definitely love to come back again!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Would recommend hiring a car as it is in a secluded location. Evi was very helpful with early check in and recommendations. Our towels weren’t changed on cleaning day but this was quickly rectified. The villa itself is modern and stunning and the pool was lovely.

We had an amazing time

We had an amazing time ! Villa is stunning and well located so it is easy to visit the whole island and then come back to our peaceful retreat in the charming village of Kouramades. Evi was very thoughtful and welcoming and Xenia was nice also. We will definitely want to come back !

This villa is exactly what our family of 4 needed - a clean & quiet home with a pool in a charming Greek village. The living room had a 'swing chair' which every one of us loved using (we want one in our house now)!Tips: 1) There is a taverna nearby in Kouramades which we ate at twice - Ατζάρδο - excellent food at an excellent price. They open from 6pm most nights, but the best time to visit is around 9pm. 2) There isn't much else in Kouramades, so you will want to make sure you have a car.3) Sunblock / sun creams are not allowed in the pool; so save space and don't pack 10 cans like we did! (We came home with 9 cans)4) High quality shampoo and shower gel is provided - so you can also save space by leaving that back at home.5) Bring your own beach towels for beach days. Towels are provided to use at the pool (and the housekeeper changes the towels over every 2-3 days), but you are not meant to take these to a beach. 6) Our favourite meal was at the taverna Σταυροδρόμι (Stavrodrómi) on the way to Pelekas. You must go there!7) Read the instructions carefully for how to set the code for the safe before closing and locking it.8) Evi (the owner)'s communications is fantastic and is happy to answer any question.

Beautiful house in a peaceful little complex

Beautiful house in a peaceful little complex. No noise, very quiet little street. Easy to park the car. Kouramades is centrally located. Our host, Evi, welcomed us and helped us with our requests/tips during our vacation! Anyone going to Corfu, should stay here!

A beautiful house in a wonderful village

A beautiful house in a wonderful village. We are at the local restaurant and was always delighted. The. Property is absolutely gorgeous.. every detail is looked after. Most people have a car to get to this villa, but we always use the local buses and found the number 5 to take you straight to the house. We are definitely going back next year. xx

A beautiful villa with private pool in a quiet village

We stayed at the Throubi villa for one week as a group with an infant. The villa is one of 5 modern villas in the village of Kouramades which is a quiet village in the hills of Corfu. The villa is 15 minutes drive from the airport and Corfu town, and several beaches are within 10 minute drive away. The village itself is quiet with a couple of restaurants. The villa itself was beautiful! The private pool was great for the infant we had with us and the terraced area was great for breakfast. The villa was immaculately clean and presented, with all the amenities would want. Evi was an excellent communicator with us throughout our stay, and gave us lots of great recommendations of places to go. The check in process was super easy with someone meeting us at the property on our arrival, even though it was 1am!I would highly recommended this as a place to go with young children for a slightly slower paced holiday, with plenty of options for beaches and places to eat within 20 minutes drive.

The villa was excellent quality. A well thought out design and good quality finish and furnishings. Having multiple walk in showers was a real bonus, which isn’t always the case in other villas. It was definitely a notch above the usual standard we have experienced in this area of the island. The host and the cleaner were fantastic. Super friendly and always willing to help out quickly. Will definitely look to stay again next time we visit Corfu. Thank you!
