Amazingly PRIVATE, TRANQUIL & MODERN three bedroom home situated on the Norman Golf Course overlooking the lake and Greg Norman course fairway. Enjoy the salt water pool and spa during the sunny days and then have a relaxing evening while grilling dinner on the built-in barbeque. The house is equipped with Sonos inside and out, allowing for your choice of music simply through an app on your phone. Each of the three bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and each bedroom has its own large flat screen TV. The luxurious master suite has a king bed. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is a king bed in one of the guest rooms and a queen bed in the second guest room. Please note security cameras are located on the exterior and garage of property. For rentals during the months of November through March, if guests wish to have the pool heated, an additional daily charge of $60/day will be added. If using the hot tub only, no additional heating charges will be incurred.

Beautiful home and view

House is located overlooking Greg Norman 16th hole. Ideal place to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the desert. Hot tub and pool worked out well for us. Would stay again

Indian Wells Tournament

The home is very comfortable. The pool can be heated, but only to 82 degrees and that is not warm enough for us to swim in. So if you want a warmer pool, please discuss with the owners ahead of your stay. They can accommodate for an additional fee that we would have gladly paid if we had known at the beginning of our stay. The only other suggestion we would give is to add is to add a “How to use the TV” page in their very well laid out book. Besides that, we were very happy with our stay.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen has absolutely everything you would need. You could easily have three couples in this home as the bedrooms all have their own bathroom. There are plenty of places to hang out inside the house. The backyard has different seating areas with a nice view of a pond on the golf course. There are also hedges so it's quite private. The owner was available and very helpful.

Excellent Property and Service

Our stay at this property was absolutely fantastic and our hosts, Kerre and John Albertoli, were excellent. The house was extremely clean and very well set up for our vacation. Everything was above our expectations like the very well stocked kitchen to the very good quality beds. Thank you Kerre and John!!! We will definitely be back soon.

Amazing Experience!

Spectacular views - the pictures really do not do the property justice! The house is stunning, perfectly clean and we felt right at home. Kerre and John were a pleasure to deal with and were extremely accommodating when we ran into travel delays. Would definitively stay here again if we find ourselves back in La Quinta!

Another great stay

The property is private and peaceful, yard and home in immaculate condition. We’ve stayed at this location several times and it’s always an excellent experience. Kerre and John are excellent to deal with and go out of their way to be flexible and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Best Rental in La Quinta

This is our second time staying at this home. We have tried some other homes in the desert but none of them compare. The home is immaculate and well located with amazing views of the Norman Course. Everything is top-shelf. Pool is great with wonderful seating area outside. Three bedrooms with a great bonus room for our teenager to watch TV. Hosts are extremely gracious and responsive. Highest recommendation and we will definitely return again!

A Gem of a Vacation Home

We stayed at this spacious property on the Greg Norman PGA West Golf Course over the Christmas-New Year holiday, and found it one of the best maintained properties we have experienced. The house was spotless, with great expansive views in a lovely setting. One of the assets of this property‘s location is its elevation above the golf course and it’s separation by a water pond. When we needed to contact the owner, Kerre was very responsive and answered and resolved our questions. The pool and spa were clean when we arrived and cleaned during our stay. They were in excellent condition. We were also greeted with 2 bottles of wine and snacks, which was appreciated. Since the golf course was closed we were able to often walk on the cart paths throughout the course which was so lovely and peaceful.

Absolutely gorgeous home!

This home was absolutely gorgeous and was in a beautiful neighborhood with a fantastic view.The house was fully stocked and the owners anticipated everything one might need. John and Kerre were so prompt to respond to a few questions that we had. We felt that they were very committed to making our stay a memorable one. Beautiful home

The home was impeccably clean and beautiful. We were in town for a horse show at Desert International Horse Park which is just about 10 mins away. The location for us was perfect and the home was a relaxing and beautiful setting for us when we weren’t at the show.

AMAZING PROPERTY

The location was perfect, the space at the home was perfect and most importantly the owners were very accommodating. The kindest people we have ever rented from. If we had a question they helped right away. Simply beautiful home, has everything you could need, bikes, pool floats, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, extra linens, new washer and dryer, ample parking. I would give a 10 star rating if that was an option. Not one problem! Love this home!
