Private One Bedroom Furnished Unit in Rancho Vistoso Eagles Summit Subdivision

Guests are sure to enjoy a quiet stay in this fully furnished, one bedroom, one bath, a living room with TV/cable and WiFi connectivity and selected streaming services, washer/dryer and a garage equipped with a universal electric vehicle charger. The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a futon-style sleeper in the living room to comfortably accommodate two more people (total of four). The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/oven and countertop appliances for preparing and cooking light/easy meals for people on-the-go. The garage can easily fit a compact to mid-sized (gas or electric) auto. The unit is situated near a park with (2) lighted tennis courts, playground, picnic areas, and walking/biking trails and paths. Our travelers can enjoy a spacious patio/backyard with an 11-ft wide gate and 22-ft long driveway wide enough to accommodate a small camper or pick-up truck like a RAM 1500.

Spend the day away, enjoying nearby attractions such as shopping at La Encantada, Tucson Mall and Tucson Premium Outlets, hiking at Catalina State Park, Sabino Canyon, and Pima Canyon, golfing at the Hilton El Conquistador, Oro Valley Community Center, and The Views. "The possibilities are endless!"

Depending on the time of year, Tucson boasts of the annual Gem Show which usually runs end of January through the first week of February. There are also other events like the Tucson Rodeo in February and the El Tour de Tucson usually held in November to benefit a selected non-profit organization, just to name a few.

It was by far the best VRBO I have ever stayed at. It was impeccably organized and so comfortable.Also there were huge gates for my sister's camper to get in and park easily. I loved the outside little trails and park too.

Another great stay!

This is our second stay and we hope to have many more. The unit is very, very clean. The neighborhood feels very safe and is quiet. The hosts are onsite, but give you your space and respond quickly to any questions you may have. There was a coffee bar with pods, ground coffee, sugar and creamer. Fruit, snacks and lots of water were also available. Garage parking which is great, especially with the heat. AND you can charge your EV. Major bonus and so convenient. Just remember your adapter if you have a Tesla. We love all of the added touches and care put into this unit. This is our go to place to stay. Great hosts and great home. Thanks again Jeanne & Lewis for another great stay. We hope to see you soon!

Amazing Place and Host!!

I booked this rental for my Father who was in Tucson for a funeral. The host reached out to us a couple days before and asked if there was anything he needed including any particular drinks or snacks that he may want. After learning about the reason for the trip the hosts offered their condolences and offered additional bed options in case we needed to make room for anyone else to stay. The hosts met my father upon his arrival were extremely friendly and gracious. My father couldn't stop talking about how nice, clean and well stocked the rental was and how nice and friendly the hosts were. 10/10 if ever in the need we will definitely be booking this rental again.

Enjoyed our stay

Jeannie and Lewis were there to greet us and show us our unit. They let us know they were available if we needed anything, but gave us space. Their place is IMMACULATE and had everything we needed for a great stay! This unit is SO clean, you would think nobody had every stayed there before! So many personal and kind touches. Fruit and water were available to us upon our arrival, along with coffee. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt safe. I personally, would feel safe traveling alone. I just hope their place is available the next time we are in town. Thank you Jeannie, Lewis and Lexus for opening your home to us. We had an awesome vacation and hope to see you in the near future. You are truly kind souls!

Perfect for north Tucson visit

This place is immaculate! Perfect for 1-2 people. Everything is virtually brand new and very well stocked with almost anything you'd need to feel at home. It's like a one bedroom apartment with a separate entrance. The only full appliance that is doesn't have is a stove, but that didn't matter as the microwave works as a convection oven. It's quiet and very comfortable, with DirecTv! I stayed so that I could play golf at courses all around Oro Valley. Centrally located and easy to get around. And the landlords were delightful. They let me know that I could ask them about the accommodations and local amenities, but they left me alone to do my own "thing." I came and went as I pleased. I truly recommend this place, and I plan to return next year.

Stellar Stay

Both Lewis and Jeanne met us at the door when we arrived, and did a walk through with us, which was super helpful. The place was immaculate, and very thoughtful touches every where. At first I was concerned when an earlier reviewer mentioned there was no stove, which i didn’t notice in the pictures, but they have since brought in portable cooktops, which was great. There is also a little air fryer and a big crock pot, and numerous other goodies. Shampoo and soap are provided and we made good use of the washer/dryer. It was very quiet at night, save for the occasional beautiful coyote chorus (!). Bed was comfy (super soft linens) and nice, big bathroom. Jeanne emphasized “this is your home” and it really felt like it. Two big comfy recliners! Snacks! AND she hand delivered the full crop of 4 lemons off their tree!! It felt more like we were family than guests, although they never intruded on our privacy. I would very happy to stay here again. Recommend without reservation.

MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME

I love staying at this location. It has become my Home Away from Home when I come to Tucson. Lewis and Jeannie are wonderful hosts and the property is absolutely perfect. It is so well maintained. As a woman traveling alone, I have never felt unsafe and it meets all my needs.

Nice place and fairly priced

The unit is perfect size for one or two people. The owners are very nice and right next door if you need anything. The best feature is a private garage to keep your car cool. It was in the mid 90's even in October.

Absolutely AMAZING!!!

This is the nicest property I have ever stayed at. It was spotless and there was everything that I needed. Lou and Jeannie were absolutely phenomenal!! They greeted me when I arrived and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I was so very comfortable and will return!! Area was very nice as well.

Lewis and I both lived in (Phoenix) Arizona since 1985 and moved to Oro Valley, AZ in 1999. We are now both retired. Lewis retired from federal government with the Department of Labor while Jeanne retired on January 2016 from the State of Arizona.

We have loved this floor plan for years and jumped on the opportunity to build when Lennar Homes started to develop the Eagles Summit subdivision in 2016! We love the Oro Valley area and we know you will enjoy your visit!
