The living/dining room is a generous 40 m2 and has an exit leading to the terrace and swimming pool area. The open kitchen measures 10 m2 and is equipped with modern amenities like a dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island with an exit to the terrace and pool. Air conditioning is available throughout the property.

Amenities Included
The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will have access to a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer. Internet (WiFi) is provided free of charge. Additionally, there is a reserved and fenced parking area that can accommodate up to 4 cars. For outdoor enjoyment, the property features a terrace measuring 8 m2 with a west-facing position, and a larger 30 m2 terrace with a south-facing position, complete with terrace furniture, an electric barbecue, deck chairs (8 in total), and a sitting area.

Please note that one of the double bedrooms is located outside the main apartment area, making it suitable for families.
