Location is ideal-close to Metro and lively area of city. Very private, quiet and many layers of safety with 4 security doors to enter property. Check-in instructions clear. Need to purchase detergent for laundry and paper towels if planning to do laundry or fix meals. Ask for instructions on use of clothes washing machine and heating water for shower if not familiar with European systems. No TV signal while we were there but not much time for watching TV given all there is to do in Paris! Carpet in bedroom would benefit from cleaning or replacement. Overall excellent location, safe, quiet and good value.

Room was clean and very spacious. Apartment is very safe and secure. Close to 2 metro stations. Good cafes (Marcela Ouvert amazing), grocery stores near by. Only problem was microwave didn't work.

We had a great time overall, the apartment was beautiful, and check in was seamless. However, two of the mornings we did not have hot water and the host did not respond to our question about it for the duration of our stay.

This was a great location and the unit was very secure with multiple key coded doors to enter. The furnishings in the units are as shown however it is overall darker and much smaller than it appeared in the pictures in the listing. It was during the Paris heatwave but the AC was not functioning properly (they also said it wasn't allowed to go below 26C per National Laws but the temperature in the unit was well above 26C). The numbers provided did not respond to messages, were not to the owners as described, and unanswered in the VRBO app. We also couldn't open the windows at night when it was cooler outside because a local cat kept jumping into the unit as if this was normal practice (on our departure the cleaner owner propped up a pillow to prevent this from happening). We found that the bedding available for the two sofa beds was lacking - one sheet for each without a second and the sheets available were stained. The unit was equipped for cooking and washing clothes/dishes but came with nothing to get started. We were thankful for the few coffee pods provided. Afterwards, checkout at 10am was very rushed as woke up late and someone knocked to enter at 10:01am. We left something behind and over the course of 10 days CheckMyGuest was unable to contact their cleaning crew to see it was available. Check-in information was provided via a different platform but with pictures to help guide the multiple steps.

Do not recommend. We had to leave. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences our family has had, and it seriously disrupted our vacation in Paris. The biggest issue was cockroaches in the apartment. We reported them and were told an exterminator would come, but the promised help did not arrive when it was supposed to. An exterminator eventually came and put down gel traps, but by that point we were so uncomfortable that we had to find another place to stay. Unfortunately, the cockroaches were not the only problem. The apartment also had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including underwear left underneath the refrigerator, a bathroom sink that was badly clogged/slow to drain, a TV that we could not use, and unreliable hot water. What made the situation even worse was how brutal and frustrating it was dealing with both the property management company and Belvilla once we reported the problems. We spent an unreasonable amount of our vacation contacting them, explaining the situation repeatedly, waiting for responses and trying to get someone to actually take responsibility and resolve the problem. What should have been a family vacation in Paris turned into an ongoing battle just to get basic issues addressed. We ultimately had to move to another apartment, which cost more than €200 extra per night. We were refunded for the nights we did not stay, but we were extremely disappointed that neither company took meaningful responsibility for the disruption, additional expense and stress caused by this situation. We had carefully planned and looked forward to this family trip, and instead a significant portion of our time was spent dealing with cockroaches, cleanliness problems, maintenance issues, customer service and finding somewhere else to stay. I would absolutely not recommend this apartment or this booking experience. Guests should not have to deal with these conditions, and when something goes seriously wrong, they should not have to fight with two companies to get a reasonable resolution.

The property is well located, this neighborhood was very accesible to restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, and we felt very safe. There were 4 of us and we fit perfectly, well equipped. One small issue with the bathroom sink that I am sure can be resolved. The AC unit worked super. The apt is located in an indoor patio, with 3 locked gates. SUPER SAFE. I would stay here again.

Excellent location, lovely space. Very accommodating for visiting with family. Be sure to get all the codes needed for this place. The interface with Checkmyguest is a bit cumbersome. You'll need to tab over on the screen that provides access to get all 12 steps, including the lock box scroll down. I would not recommend using the driver service through this site either, they did not show up for me. Also, the convection oven is not working. Be sure to set your hot water (screen by the toilet) in advance for heating before your shower. Other than that, this is a place we would for sure stay again.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Fotos. Die Lage ist fantastisch (nahe der Rue République und den Hauptboulevards), ruhig gelegen in einem schönen, sehr ruhigen Innenhof. Ideal für 5-6 Personen mit einem separaten Schlafzimmer und zwei Schlafsofas im Wohn-/Esszimmer. Die Wohnung ist gut beheizt, die Temperaturregelung gestaltet sich jedoch schwierig. Wir hatten eines Abends einen Warmwasserausfall, der am nächsten Morgen behoben wurde. Eine Anleitung zur Einstellung der Heizung und des Bedienfelds im Badezimmer wäre hilfreich. Wir werden die Adresse auf jeden Fall behalten.
