Awesome room 10 min walk to beach one bus ride 1 hr. Manila to Sapang, Termate

We are a Filipina and an American couple who have a 2 bedroom apartment for rent either complete unit or by room or area. The apartment is only an hour bus ride from Buen Dia or Baclaran Manila (86 peso) right to the hostel. So fast and so easy. The room is in a quiet town of Sapang Ternate walking distance (10 min) to the beach. It's also a short trip to Pico De Loro mountain (see pics) and the Palay Ntional park. Rent of the whole apartment sleeps up to 8 or just rent a room good for 2 people use of all public areas is allowed. We even have a dorm if your traveling alone. Cooking gas is 30 peso a day extra but WiFi is included . Rooms have double sized foam mattress' a work desk with 2 chairs and a fan
