La Buganvilla: a cozy cottage with garden near the center of Sirolo

From the private entrance located in the front yard, you enter the living area. Here you can relax on the sofa while watching TV or sit comfortably at the table with 6 chairs. The new, modern kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, allowing you to prepare your own meals with complete independence. Dishes and cookware are stored on the shelves and in the drawers. The kitchen-living area opens onto the beautiful backyard, which offers privacy and comfort. The garden is equipped with a table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining, two sun loungers, a clothesline, and a convenient outdoor faucet and shower. The garden also features a built-in barbecue. The sleeping area on the first floor consists of the bedroom and the bathroom. The master bedroom, featuring a large 200x180 cm bed and a spacious closet, adjoins the new bathroom, which is equipped with a sink, bidet, toilet, walk-in shower, and hair dryer.

Upstairs, accessible via the internal staircase, are the small bedroom and the second bathroom. The bathrooms and kitchen at Buganvilla were completely renovated in March 2024.
