The villa was like home from home and in a very peaceful area. George responded to any queries very quickly also a big shout out to Jemma who kept the pool looking lovely and also very helpful with other things as well. We loved our stay in the villa and would highly recommend it to others looking for a peaceful holiday with great views.

Absolutely beautiful villa in the village up in the mountains, George the host was brilliant and answered ever question we had and was very responsive.The villa was beautifully designed and decorated and the pool was great.

This was our fourth time holiday in Cyprus but first in the Paphos area. This was kind of a special holiday for us and I spent many hours looking for that special place. And I'm glad to say that this villa has ticked all the boxes! The villa itself is beautiful, clean, modern, spacious with everything you can possibly need. Three double bedrooms, large open kitchen, dinning, sitting room, with big windows and natural light all around. The views from the swimming pool and the terrace on the first floor are absolutely stunning; infinity pool over a wild and beautiful ravine. The village of Peyia is lovely, with plenty of facilities, supermarket and nice tavernas 20 minutes walk from the villa. The city of Paphos is only 20 minutes drive away and the beaches about 10 minutes drive away. The host was excellent, with instructions and extra help to make our arrival in the middle of the night (after midnight) quick and easy. We needed to contact the host while there and that was again easy; George was very friendly and helpful. All I can say is that all of us will go back there in a heartbeat tomorrow if we could. As a rule we tend not to go back in the same place for holidays but for this place I'm happy to break my rule !

We had a wonderful 2 week stay here.Well appointed villa, clean stunning infinity pool with the most beautiful mountain views! Bath & pool towels provided was such a bonus.George was so helpful as host, very responsive and answered all of our questions before arrival and during our stay. We loved sitting out on the balcony at night watching the stars, and during the day seeing the herd of goats passing by in the valley.Only a short walk into Peyia village which had many nice restaurants and shops. Supermarkets only a short drive (one in Peyia) or the larger Philapidos supermarket 10 minutes drive. None of the family wanted to go home at the end of our holiday. We’ll definitely be back next year if we can.

It really is one of the nicest villas we've ever stayed in.The views were amazing and it was so quiet.This villa definitely made it the wonderful, relaxing holiday we were all hoping for.Previous reviews, and George, recommended hiring a car but we didn't bother in the end. We walked to and from the centre of Peyia, approx 10 mins walk, which had a supermarket, butcher's and bakery. A few bars and places to eat too. We used the buses from Peyia on a number of occasions to visit both Paphos and Coral Bay.We hired a couple of buggies for a day and drove to some lovely villages in the area, a natural waterfall and we visited a vineyard.When we visit Cyprus again, we won't hesitate to book this villa again. Absolutely wonderful Villa in a quiet location but close enough to the local village for everything you need. Have just got back and are looking to go again asap, fabulous holiday villa.

Der Gastgeber war zu Beginn sehr freundlich. Tolle Kommunikation. Leider hat er auf unsere Reklamation in der ersten Woche unseres Aufenthaltes nicht mehr reagiert.Das Haus liegt wriklich traumhaft. Ruhig und mit unschlagbarem Blick in die Berge.Leider war das Haus in keinem sauberen Zustand. Bettdecken waren nicht gereinigt. Äusserst unangenehme Flecken auf allen Decken. Wir mussten diese erst selbst reinigen. Die Duschvorhänge waren verschimmelt und vergilbt. Einfach nur sehr eklig. Wir haben diese abgenommen und gereinigt. Von drei Sonnenschirmen sind zwei defekt. Wir haben diese provisorisch repariert um überhaupt einen Sonnenschutz zu haben. Das Bein einens Gartenstuhls war mit viel Kleber zusammengeklebt. Bei unserer ersten Benutzung ist dieses Stühlbein natürlich gebrochen und ich bin gestürzt. Zum Glück nur blaue Flecken! Das alles war sehr unangenehm und frustrierend und wäre so leicht zu beheben. Das Haus ist, insbesondere was die Schlafzimmer betrifft, sehr parktisch eingerichtet. Alles da, was man braucht aber eben nicht mehr. Die Küchengeräte funktionieren alle einwandfrei. Im TV gibt es nur englische Sender. Kann auch nicht umgestellt werden, da Passwortgeschütz.Dem Haus fehlt einfach etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Das Ankommen der Gäste wird aufgrund des Zustandes sehr getrübt. So stellt man sich das am ersten Urlaubstag sicher nicht vor. Wir können das Haus nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
