Very nice and pretty large apartment with comfortable bed and modern bathroom / shower. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, small stove and both a hot pot and espresso maker with pods. On a quiet courtyard so no street noise. Location is close to the metro, but if you’re a tourist it’s a long walk to the areas you want to explore. There are some good cafes very close by.

The apartment is lovely with plenty of space. It’s very quiet in the courtyard. We discovered we could exit and enter through the back door which was more convenient than the front. The property is not stocked with laundry detergent or silverware. The AC is not very powerful but we were lucky with weather and about to open windows at night when we were home. We had a lot of issues with check in and check out because there are 3 parties dealing with the check in. We found it difficult to communicate and get clear answers from the host.

Very nice and pretty large apartment with comfortable bed and modern bathroom / shower. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, small stove and both a hot pot and espresso maker with pods. On a quiet courtyard so no street noise. The boulevard outside is OK but a little shabby. This property is managed by another company and check-in required picking up a key at a shop that was a few minutes walk away; also had to drop key there upon checkout. Location is close to the metro, but if you’re a tourist it’s a long walk to the areas you want to explore. There are some good cafes very close by.

This was a poor experience across the board. The listing is beyond misleading, it is just inaccurate. Saying with via taxi with suitcases and children and learning the key to both the exterior of the building and the apartment are held at a separate location, blocks away. Once we got that figured out, we learned we were missing a code necessary to get the little grocery shop to release the key. We had to book a hotel as this process took over two hours before we accepted the fact that we were not getting in. The communication is horrible as there are multiple independent parties involved in the transaction, none of which would accept responsibility. We never got a response from the actual owner. Residents came out to help and explained that this is a normal occurrence with people that rent the space. Finally, the AC is only in the main living room. No AC in the bedroom. VRBO was quite helpful and responsive throughout the process.

Good location, smaller than expected

We had a great stay here. It was clean, good location, and near a metro. However with 5 people, it was much smaller than expected so it was a bit tight. There is only 1 bedroom. The other two beds folder out into the living room so note that space is limited. Overall would recommend for a great price!

This apartment was an ok place to stay, and the location was good, but it did have multiple issues. Firstly, the place is quite small, including the bathroom, so if you are traveling with a group I do not reccomend. Also, shower in the apartment runs out of hot water after a few minutes, so you will be left to shower in really cold water as there is no fix. There was also a very disgusting sewer smell coming from the shower during our stay. The apartment also says it has air conditioning, but the air conditioning is only outside of the main bedroom. The bedroom can get quite stuffy and hot. Finally, the communication was very poor, as we reached out with a question about the check out process but got no response until a day later after we checked out.

Super Lage! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel. Bequeme Betten und eine tolle Dusche. Große Badetücher und Päckchen mit extra Seife, Duschgel und Shampoo. Perfekte Küche. Wir haben die Waschmaschine zweimal benutzt. Wäscheständer im Schrank. Wir sind rundum zufrieden und fühlen uns hier pudelwohl! Ich bin mit meiner Nichte und meinem 17-jährigen Sohn hier. Für eine vierte Person wäre es wahrscheinlich okay, aber sonst nicht, es sei denn, es sind kleine Kinder dabei. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed sufficient for very basic cooking. The location was ideal. Checkout was a bit of a hassle in that we had to return to the store where we picked up the keys to return them. This involved making a detour on our day since we couldn't drop them off until 9:30.

Die Lage ist ideal, um das Viertel Arts et Métiers zu erkunden, und das Marais ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der in die Pariser Kultur eintauchen möchte!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war gut aufgeteilt, und das Schlafsofa war eine bequeme Option für meine Freundin, die mich begleitete. Mir gefiel auch, dass Langzeitaufenthalte möglich waren, wodurch ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte.
