The check-in process was awfull. The code provided was not good ... the person generating the code was not reachable. Had to make 9 calls before someone finally provided a new code. The appartment has great location and was clean, but was poorly supplied. Dishwahser with not dishwasher soap, washer with no soap either, no cutting board, bare minimum in ustensiles and kitchen tools, one really cheap tea towel and no dishcloth ! The appartment is big and could use more furniture to make it more functionnal. Not worth the price.

The apartment is as great and looks just like the photos. Great fully equipped kitchen, bathroom very new and clean. Bedroom very comfortable and closets very nice with enough hangers. Couch and carpet could be cleaner. Only two towels and two hand towels provided so if you want more maybe bring some. Also only two pillows so if you like more pillows something to bring. Finally the stairs are quite steep and uneven so going up and down with luggage was a challenge. If the stairs were a bit easier it would be perfect.

Amazing experience, highly suggest for a couple or for 2 individuals (as long as one is okay with sleeping on the sofa), Excellent location, just a stone's throw away from trendy bars and restaurants, Immaculately clean, new appliances, and hosts who are quick to respond, One thing to keep in mind is that although the windows block out street noise, you can't leave them open at night due to the loud surroundings, This can be problematic on warm nights as there doesn't seem to be any temperature regulation, I would certainly return, just not during extremely hot months,

This flat is situated in wonderful neighborhoods and all attractions are easily accessible on foot or by subway, Cozy beds, a pleasant, tidy bathroom, and vibrant furniture and decorations made the stay pleasant, The only downsides were that the flat was rather dusty, there were some unwashed dishes in the kitchen cabinets, and the dishwasher that was promised didn't work and wasn't repaired despite multiple attempts to address this issue with the host, However, the positives still outweighed the negatives and we would certainly suggest the lodging if you wish to immerse yourself in the heart of Paris!

Le processus d'arrivée était médiocre. Le code pour récupérer les clés n'étaient pas le bon. Il a fallu 9 appels à la firme de gestion pour essayer de joindre quelqu'un pour finalement au bout d'une heure avoir un nouveau code.L'appartement est bien situé mais très mal équipé. Pas de savon pour le lave vaisselle, aucun condiment, pas de planche à découper, pas de louche à soupe, Un seul linge à vaisselle de piètre qualité. Une seule vieille éponge pour laver la vaisselle à mains,On m'a informé que j'avais accès à un concièrge moins de 48 heures avant mon départ via la plateforme CheckmyGuest !Pas de service en français.Grand appartement dénuder de meubles. Pourrait bénéficier de bancs ou rangements supplémentaire étant donné qu'il y a l'espace.Je loue des appartements à Paris depuis 30 ans ... ce fut la pire expérience. Ne vaut pas le prix.

L’appartement situé au 3e étage est super et très moderne. Une des plus grande salle de bain que nous ayons jamais eu sur Paris ! L’emplacement est absolument central à tout ce que Le Marais a à offrir.Les deux pièces sont bien équipées et extrêmement lumineuses à toutes heure du jour. Il faudrait ainsi prévoir un rideau bloquant la lumière pour la chambre à coucher. Le laveuse est très efficace mais pas sécheuse ni climatiseur d’ailleurs. Le gestionnaire fut très réactif à nos questions et demandes.Le seul vrai défi que nous pouvons partager avec cet appartement est l’escalier d’accès au logement qui est sombre étroit et en mauvais état. La porte d’accès au logement est très sécuritaire mais semble tout droit sorti du siècle précédent ! Après cet première impression qui peut surprendre, nous avons été extrêmement confortable pour notre séjour de 15 nuits.
