Black mold everywhere! Huge mushroom growing in the bathroom. Half our group got sick from the mold and struggled breathing at night. WiFi did not work. Bed sheets and pillows missing, we called several times and they never brought some. Only positive was proximity to the Eiffel Tower. Fridges and microwaves were not working the first day. This apartment is the opposite of exceptional.

If you like mosquito bites and staying in warm basement apartments with poor air circulation, and no Wi-Fi, look no further. I got about 25 mosquito bites during my 3.5 day stay. it it remains a mystery to me (and apparently the people that run this place) where the bloody mosquitoes are coming from (windows were kept shut during the entirety of our stay). Then there's the issue of the AC. AC functions in the top floor of the apartment but good luck trying to get the relatively new looking units on the basement level to work. We basically got stonewalled by the manager who basically told us to be happy with what we got because they never promised the comforts of a functioning AC during our stay. Why have these units there if you won't let your guests put them to use? Cost saving measures perhaps? Our perhaps the warm damp air provides better conditions for the mosquito farm that turned me into a pin cushion during my stay. And don't get me started on the front door that only locks when jiggled the right way or the dilapidated handrails.. This place has so much potential and is a fantastic location. Just poorly maintained and managed unfortunately.

Stayed in the apartment as a family of 6. Very large and spacious apartment, well decorated and modern. Safe location and close to metro station and great Eiffel Tower viewing point. It is a basement flat however so limited natural light and there is some dampness and smell, but not enough to outweigh the positives. Be careful when you arrive entering through front door - crazy entry stairs which wouldn’t be allowed in UK. Overall would recommend and would stay here again.

Spacious apartment in great location. Big bedrooms, lots of living areas, 2 good kitchens. Very good laundry facilities. Large comfortable beds and excellent linens. On the downside - the entry stairs are lethal, particularly with the broken balustrades. Very steep and awkward. The lower floor has very poor ventilation and some dampness, resulting in a most unpleasant musty smell. No good for asthmatics.

Firstly be aware that two of the bedrooms are in the basement which smells like sewer and has no air conditioning. So when it’s 80F outside it is as hot as hell down there. The couple of little fans do not cool things down, they only circulate the moldy smell. The WIFI did not work although we contacted the management company each day, twice a day, it’s still not resolved after them promising each day to come out with a dongle. The TV’s also only worked intermittently. The stair railing upon entry was broken and unsafe. The way the apartment is depicted in the photographs is false. It looks all airy and light but it’s not if you in the two downstairs bedrooms with kitchen, living room and dining room. You are underground. Also there is mold in downstairs bathroom. Would not recommend for the price we paid.

WiFi has not worked and still doesn’t work since we checked in even after calling every day twice a day to have it fixed. Stair railings are loose and broken upon entry which is a safety hazard.There is only one bedroom on ground floor, the other two bedrooms are in basement with no air conditioning,so it is very hot and it smells of sewer. Pictures are not a true representation of current layout. TV’s don’t work either because of no internet. Would NOT recommend.

Prima appartement om met 6 personen te verblijven en uitermate geschikt als uitvalsbasis voor excursies in Parijs. Wel wat kleinere opmerkingen: Zo valt bij binnenkomst op, dat de trapleuning rechts nogal wankel is en daardoor niet erg safe aanvoelt. Het slot van de badkamer in het souterrain is verwijderd, maar niet vervangen. WiFi werkte niet.

NICHT BUCHEN! Überall war Schimmel! Schimmel in den Badezimmern und in der Küche. Wir haben mehrere Pilze im Badezimmer im Obergeschoss entdeckt. Die Hälfte unserer Gruppe wurde durch den Schimmel krank, und das hat unseren Paris-Trip ruiniert. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht, und es gab nur einen Schlüssel, was für zehn Personen sehr unpraktisch war. Für eines der Betten fehlte die Bettwäsche. Wir haben mehrmals angerufen, aber die fehlenden Laken und die Decke nie erhalten. Am ersten Tag funktionierten Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank und Mikrowelle nicht. Es gab keinerlei Hygieneartikel wie Handseife oder Toilettenpapier. Das Wasser in den Duschen war entweder kochend heiß oder eiskalt. Der einzige Pluspunkt war die Nähe zum Eiffelturm.

The location was great and the property was very clean. The pictures are a bit misleading in that you are down in a basement. The floor in the lower bathroom was cracked and pinched my kids feet and my daughter got trapped in the same bathroom due to a malfunctioning lock. Overall a decent stay.

Während der gesamten Reise gab es weder WLAN noch Fernsehen. Dadurch habe ich eine wichtige Arbeitsfrist verpasst und meine Kinder waren völlig überdreht. Zuhause war alles in Ordnung, aber die fehlende Kommunikation und die ungelösten WLAN-Probleme sind inakzeptabel. Ich bin Reiseverkehrskauffrau und suche ständig nach Unterkünften für meine Kunden. Leider wird diese Unterkunft nach der erfolglosen Bearbeitung unserer Probleme für meine gesamte Agentur nicht mehr infrage kommen.
