Everything was perfect - the response of Siobhan before we arrived and Armando, who dealt with us while we were there were amazing.The villa is great - literally 5 mins from the beach and the numerous restaurants overlooking the sea.They could not have done more to make our stay as good as it was

Absolutely fantastic Villa, probably the best we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many! The owners have thought of everything and the outside space is absolutely beautiful and luxurious. The villa was of a very high standard and extremely clean and well kept. The proximity to the local amenities and the beach is superb meaning no car required. The supermarket is 2 minutes walk away. Armando was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The local area is so beautiful and the bars and restaurants along Acharavi beach are fantastic. We would love to visit again one day! Thank you thank you.

Fantastic!

Dear Armando and Nertilla, When we first read the description of your beautiful Villa, we honestly thought it sounded too good to be true - but from the moment we arrived, it was even better than imagined. The house is so spacious and modern, filled with light, and so thoughtfully equipped with everything a family could need. The location couldn't have been more perfect: just a few steps to the beach and so close to the lovely little shops, cafés and restaurants in Acharavi. We loved being able to explore and enjoy the local food.There was more than enough room for us - even with our grandparents- and everyone felt happy and comfortable from the first day to the last. A special thank you to our wonderful hosts: you were always so polite, charming and helpful, even when our rental car had a small issue. It meant a lot to us that we were so well looked after. We are leaving with full hearts and wonderful memories!!! With warmest regards and many thanks!

Perfect!

Three generations of my family stayed at Villa Arnadia, and it was simply perfect! The villa is just as beautiful as the photos. Absolutely everything has been thought through intelligently to ensure we had a holiday that felt both luxurious and homely. Every room was air conditioned and all the en-suites had divine showers. I took the ‘back room’ and enjoyed the huge balcony to myself. The other bedrooms all opened out onto the pool, and my parents enjoyed the privacy of the guest room away from the main villa. Everything is on one level so perfect for any mobility problems or pushchairs/small children. The pool was at the centre of most of our days and the seating around it meant everyone had the option of sun or shade. We appreciated that the tiles around the pool never got too hot and were not slippery when wet either. A simple Lunch around the fabulous table in the outdoor dining area was a highlight every day (plenty of cutlery and crockery inc. plastic for around the pool) and I felt we should’ve used the BBQ area (option of gas and charcoal!), but we had dinner out every night. The garden is really beautiful and looks stunning lit up at night and we tried the kumquats (interesting) and had some of the nectarines too! Equally as lovely as the villa was Armando who made sure we were well looked after and was on hand to make sure the villa was running smoothly.So many things made this the perfect holiday, I hope we return soon and I highly recommend staying!

An Outstanding Hidden Gem

Villa Arnadia didn't disappoint in any way, it is certainly an outstanding hidden gem and would highly recommend visiting. The attention to detail is excellent from the comfortable beds and linen, lovely showers with plenty of hot water, to the air-conditioning/fans, all the kitchen utensils needed, with an abundance of crockery/cutlery/glasses for both inside and out, music system, TV with UK channels, and so it goes on making it feel a home from home. The outside kitchen area is fabulous bonus with not 1 but 2 BBQs, even herbs growing in pots for your use. Mosquito coils were also supplied which were very effective. The pool is just sublime and having it heated makes such a difference. Plenty of sun loungers with umbrellas and pool towels, comfortable seating areas whether you want shade or sunshine or even a bit of peace. The well manicured garden is surrounded by a lovely brick wall which is lit up at night along with the pool creating a peaceful ambience. Everything from restaurants, cocktail bars, butchers, bakery, gift shops and supermarkets are literally a stones throw away, so no need to hire a car unless you want to explore outside Archaravi. We arranged (as per their suggestions) a transfer to and from the airport which worked well and Armando arranged a boat for the day from Kassopi. In all we couldn't have wished for a more perfect place to spend 10 days. Armando, Nertilla and Sibohan thank you so very much for making our holiday so seamless - thank you.
