VBRO has rated us a PREMIUM HOST. Our home (2650sq ft) is located in RIDGEWOOD LAKES (Gated Community) on White Heron Golf Course in Davenport. It has been updated - has spectacular views from house and Lania/pool area. 14 Night STAYS GET FREE POOL HEAT (May- Sept)- Just write us after initial booking and we will adjust. GREAT LOCATION - near restaurants, shopping, 5 minutes to I-4 and Disney and other parks. Totally remodeled it has plenty of room with a great layout for privacy and easy access to the pool deck - We are close to DISNEY/UNIVERSAL and other attractions, restaurants, grocery shopping etc. Honestly its a great place adults and for children 10 and older. Not recommended for Chrildren under 10. There are 4 bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen and 2 twin bedrooms) a large lanai seats 8, swimming pool and spa (heating can be purchased), outdoor bar/refrigerator - great relaxing private views. We provide lots of kitchen essentials. Plenty of room to spread out with living room, large den, formal dining area, eat-in kitchen looking out at pool. Den with 56" Smart HDTV seats 8. Smart Televisions in all bedrooms and den. Nice yard area on golf course but safely away from golf balls. Pickle Ball and Tennis courts around the corner - We supply one set of golf clubs and Pickle Ball equipment. Great for walking and bike riding. As the homeowners we have high standards and continue to improve our house yearly. Every guest has given us 5* reviews. If you want a clean, well maintained, safe beautiful home for your family vacation you won’t find any better. This is a family neighborhood- we are one of the few rental homes. Great security and helpful neighbors. THIS IS THE PERFECT HOUSE AND LOCATION FOR YOUR VACATION.

Ridgewood is one of the nicest communities in the Orlando area and it's easy and convenient - gated for your security and entire community is beautiful - you will love being there....... Located on a 18 Hole championship golf course with practice facilities, pro shop and restaurant. Tennis courts, Pickle-ball courts, lakes, playground and community heated pool. Great for your walking walks. Posner Park with Dicks Sporting Goods, JC Penny, BJ's Target, Best Buy and Staples. Restaurants range from Pizza to nice dining locations and a 10 screen Movie Theater. Our Property Manager is available to serve your needs. We provide tennis, pickle ball equipment and a set of golf clubs for your use. We welcome children. Our goal is for you and your family to have the best vacation possible. The pool has 4 direct access sliders which are alarmed so if kids aren't swimmers caution is recommended.
