The apartment in the Romana Playa area of Elviria features 2 bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests. It is located on the ground floor of a modern and charming residential complex situated right next to Elviria Beach.

The property is located in an ideal family-friendly area, where children can enjoy long days of swimming and sunbathing thanks to its close proximity to the beach. Elviria Beach, considered one of the finest beaches in Marbella, boasts fine golden sand and stretches over a long coastline, making it perfect for scenic sunset walks or morning runs.

The Elviria area offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and leisure options to suit all tastes and styles. It is also home to several renowned golf clubs, including Santa María Golf, Santa Clara Golf, and Greenlife Golf, making it an excellent destination for golf enthusiasts looking to enjoy a round during their holiday.

Do not stay here it is very old and dated. Photos on line do not represent the current condition of the apartment. There is water damage on the ceiling, paint is dirty and peeling off the wall in spots, door handles are loose and about to fall off, master bathroom door does not shut, shower heads are dirty, towels are like sandpaper, furniture on deck old and not as shown in photos, we lost all power to the apartment multiple times if we left the dishwasher running, worst of all there were little ants in the bedrooms and on kitchen counters and we found cockroaches in living room and bathrooms on multiple days. Belvilla was unresponsive at the best of times and only cared about getting our money and did not care if their guests had a good experience. This property needs extermination and a full renovation.

Do not stay here, the property needs a complete renovation. The photos online do not represent the current condition of the apartment. There were water stains on the ceiling, peeling dirty painted walls, door handles loose and falling off, master bathroom door does not close, sandpaper old towels, dirty shower heads, deck furniture old and dirty and not as shown in photos, we lost all power to the apartment when we ran the dishwasher and had to wash dishes by hand, worst of all there were little ants in bedrooms and on kitchen counters and at front door, and we found cockroaches on multiple days in the living room and bathrooms. The Belvilla host only cared about getting our money and not about responding to our questions or needs in a timely or effective manner.
