The private community is ideally located in the heart of Scottsdale with seasonally heated pool (November 1-March 31), hot tub and bbq grills; walking distance to the Silverado Golf course and the Scottsdale greenbelt hike and bike trail. Within minutes are many fine dining options, shopping, Spring Training facilities, Talking Stick Resort/Casino and numerous golf courses.

The home is elegantly appointed with a king bed in master suite and queen beds in secondary bedrooms, all with flat screen TV’s and luxury linens/towels with a variety of premium pillows. The open plan living area includes formal dining for 8, comfy leather sectional, 75” Sony HDTV with sound bar and a desk with an IMac/WIFI. Private covered parking is steps from the front door and the large covered patio includes dining for six. Ceilings are high throughout and recent upgrades include porcelain flooring throughout (no carpet), updated stainless appliances and soothing color palette.

This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay for a Christmas golf trip. It's close to pretty much everything and the amenities are exactly as described. We would 100% stay here again when we visit Scottsdale in the future.

Girls Weekend

3 of us decided to escape the cold in Cincy, although it was 80s there and 50s in AZ, and catch a couple baseball games. Our accommodations were perfect. The beds were so comfy and the condo was very spacious and spotless. It was very easy to hop on the walking/bike trail or hit upa good restaurant. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very Nice Stay

The condo is well maintained and has the best stocked kitchen of all the places we have stayed. The location is wonderful, with access to the Scottsdale trail network, the railroad park, and nearby shops and restaurants. Wildflower Bakery is excellent. Having the chargepoint car charger very nearby was an added plus for us.

Great property and Great location.

We enjoyed our stay in Grant and Cindy’s rental property. Very well stocked - plus the best water pressure ever! Any needs/concerns were addressed promptly by the owners. Entrance into the facility was quick and easy. We would highly recommend this VRBO!

An amazing home

We enjoyed our stay in Cindy and Grant’s home. They are fabulous hostess. The house is beautifully decorated. The furniture looks like new and it has everything you could need in the kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are spacious and the beds and pillows extremely confortable. They have a great patio with table and chairs. The house location is amazing. Near downtown and many restaurants and shops. It is located in a quiet gated sub division. We recommend this home if you want an unforgettable experience!

The best VRBO in Scottsdale

The condo was extremely clean. It had all of the necessities that anyone would want in a VRBO. The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The comforters and pillows were exquisite. The location was perfect. You could walk on the pathways for miles without being near a car. The pool was clean and delightful. The proximity of a golf course was perfect along with its restaurant which was excellent. You could walk to it without an issue. Communication between the host was perfect and immediate. The office with a printer was very convenient. The outdoor space was enjoyable. Pots and plans were plentiful. Things were organized perfectly. The hosts thought that they of everything. TVs in each room were perfect. There isn’t anything that wasn’t wonderful about this VRBO.The condo was quiet. Parking was perfect. The fact that it was gated made it very safe and the people we met there all seemed very nice all in all. It was a wonderful month that we spent there.

We liked the convenience of the location. There are many nice features such as modern bathrooms and kitchen.All the needed appliances and kitchen utensils were supplied and even coffee, soft drinks, and milk were there on arrival. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. The heated pool and the walk along the golf course are a nice bonus. A couple of downsides. The heat and cooling thermostat was difficult to use and is apparently programmed to have high fan cooling during the night. it would be better to have the schedule off and just a steady temperature. The vertical blinds in the living room need replacement. Many of the slats were falling off when the blinds were moved. The bed in the master bedroom is very high and my wife need a ladder to get in! However, we were pleased with the condo overall and would recommend it to future renters.

Thank you for the critique of our home and so happy you enjoyed your visit!  We recently installed a Nest thermostat; it can be bit tricky to adjust so we’ll create a detailed instruction sheet on how to set it for specific individual preferences.  We apologize for the inconvenience the blinds caused you. We are in the process of having custom window coverings designed and expect the new ones to be completed and installed very soon; unfortunately they were not complete in time for your visit. As for the master, it has a pillow top mattress plus a luxury cooling topper which does sit higher than most beds but is super cool & comfy once you climb in!

Spring Break

We are from Scottsdale, so we knew exactly the area we wanted to stay for Spring Break. Only a few little things that could have been better: 1. The refrigerator had condiments and drinks that were left from prior visits (relish, ketchup, sauces, beer and malt beverages - and there was food in the freezer), the fridge was also dirty and had sticky fingerprints on the inside of the door, which was gross. 2. There is a GIANT 'butler' style statue at the front door, which is a little off-putting, especially when entering the unit late at night, or seeing it in the dark...the Butler held a tray which had the three pages of "instructions" left for us...we eventually saw that it mentioned the camera on top of the desk hutch, which we didn't know about until we read the three-pages of information/instructions. (I feel that this should be mentioned in the check-in instructions, so you're not weirded out when you see a camera facing the living areas). But there is a straw hat you are encouraged to place over the camera if you don't want to be "watched". WEIRD3. There were dirty towels already in the laundry hamper in the primary bathroom, which is also gross. 4. We left the unit (for our departing flight) at 3:10am and TRIED to empty our trash, but the keys left (inside the closet) did not work and we were unable to unlock the gate to access the dumpster...The stay was great, the unit is nice and convenient. Just a couple little oddities....

Hi Brenda, thank you so much for the review and I am sorry that your stay was not perfect. I would love to address your concerns so that you and all future guests will be happy! We provide condiments, drinks, etc for our guests to share! I apologise for the fridge fingerprints and towel in the hamper....our cleaning team is usually excellent; I will be sure to address them about this issue. Thank you for bring it to my attention. The large statue of "James" the butler has been loved by many guests in our home for many, many years. I am sorry if he frightened you...He's so helpful in holding the Home details and instruction sheets that help our guests know just a little more detail about their stay in the home and sunny Arizona. I like the idea of putting the details of the security camera in the instructions and will do so....currently they are written in the VRBO information sent out 3 days prior to the guest's visit. This security camera is solely used while the home is vacant and turned off prior to guest arrival. The camera cover is just for that added feeling or privacy. Keys for the gates are located have been the same ones used for many years; perhaps you were at the wrong gate or a malfunction of lock? So sorry it was inconvenient for you. Scottsdale golf week

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location , close to the 101 and a short drive to oldtown Scottsdale. It is also really close to Silverado golf course and the walking, biking trails. The TVs are large and numerous, the kitchen well stocked. Excellent property. Thanks Cindy!! We will be back!

Week of April 19-28

Generally we were all satisfied. There are a few things requiring maintenance. Low water pressure in front bathroom. Door is hard to close. Bed in master squeaks loudly. Towels could be replaced. Nothing would prevent us from renting again.

The process of renting this property was very easy. Everything was described accurately and they had everything we could have needed! It was very secure and we felt extremely safe. It was coded for entry which makes everything so smooth. We would definitely go back again!
