Welcome to Bonnie Dunes, a 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom duplex that sleeps 20 and is perfect for your next family getaway or group retreat!  Each side of the home can be rented separately as a single-sided duplex with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping 10 on each side. Whether you prefer lounging on the beach or hanging by the pool, Bonnie Dunes is the place for your next beach getaway!

About Bonnie Dunes 

Guests can rent this as one unit with double the amenities in this duplex home - double living areas and kitchens to accommodate your family or large group during your stay. With a private pool (shared by both sides of the duplex) and a picnic area on each side of the front deck and lounge seating by the pool, guests will enjoy soaking up the sun all day! It’s also pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with additional fees, so furry friends can join the fun.

Bonnie Dunes West

On the west side, on the main level of the home, guests will find an open living area with access to the front deck to view the beach, a TV, and a comfortable sleeper sofa to sleep two, There is a dining area that features a beautiful, farm-style table that seats 8, perfect for enjoying a meal with the family prepared in the fully equipped kitchen! If additional seating is needed, there is bar seating for 2! Bedroom #1 is located on the main level and has a queen-size bed that sleeps two and a TV. There is also a full bathroom located on the main level, off of the kitchen and bedroom #1, that features a walk-in shower.

On the second level, guests will find master bedroom #3 and bedroom #2. The master suite is equipped with a king-size bed that sleeps two, a TV, access to the balcony with beach views, and an attached, private bathroom that features a large shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a bunk bed/twin over full plus a twin trundle to sleep four and a TV. On the second level, there is also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for guests to use during their stay. 

Bonnie Dunes East

On the east side, on the main level of the home, guests will find an open, spacious living area with access to the front deck to view the beach, a TV, and a comfortable sleeper sofa to sleep two. There is a lovely dining area that features a table that seats 4 and additional bar seating for 2! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed during your stay. Bedroom #1 is located on the main level and has a queen-size bed that sleeps two and a TV. There is also a full bath located on the main level, off of the kitchen and bedroom #1, that features a walk-in shower.

On the second level, guests will find master bedroom #2 and bedroom #3. The master suite is equipped with a king-size bed and a bunk bed that sleeps four, a TV, access to the balcony with beach views, and an attached, private bathroom that features a large shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 is equipped with a queen bed that sleeps two, a TV, and an attached, private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the second level, there is also a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for guests to use during their stay. 

**This home was built as a Duplex and has two individual sides.  These sides are rented together as a 6-bedroom home or as a single-side 3-bedroom duplex (East or West) with a private pool.**

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
