Beautifully Presented, Cosy Town Centre Cottage - Pass the Keys
A beautifully presented cottage, nestled on the outskirts of Dumfries town.
The cottage is cosy and welcoming with good size rooms, a feature fire and courtyard garden with outdoor seating.
The King and Double bedrooms along with sofa bed in the sitting room mean it can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. There is good size sitting room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath.
Perfectly located, a 5 minute stroll takes you into the center of Dumfries.
Furry friends welcome!
Located over 2 floors, the cottage is beautifully presented and welcoming throughout.
There is ample free on street parking directly outside the cottage itself.
GROUND FLOOR
KITCHEN:- Enter the cottage to be greeted by a lovely, well equipped kitchen great for preparing everything from a light lunch to full evening meal. Equipped with a washer/dryer and good size fridge/freezer the kitchen is perfect for short trips or extended stays.
BEDROOM 1:- The ground floor bedroom boasts a super comfortable king size bed, is light and bright and has plenty of hanging space for clothing.
SITTING ROOM:- With double sofas and feature fire the sitting room is a cosy and welcoming space to relax after a long day exploring all our beautiful town and region has to offer. Enjoy your favourite shows with the wall mounted smart TV or there is plenty of room for family games night!
FIRST FLOOR
BEDROOM 2:- With a double bed and great storage for clothing, the upstairs bedroom is a fantastic room for a good night sleep!
BATHROOM:- Bright and modern, the bathroom has not only a WC and Basin but full size bath with handheld shower.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The cottage has a charming fully enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor seating, a perfect little spot to enjoy either morning coffee or an evening glass of wine during warmer months.
The cottage is perfectly located and is an ideal base for exploring Dumfries & Galloway, with the best of both worlds, there is the convenience of being centrally located to shops, bars and restaurants but within both walking and driving distance to a multitude of cultural, historic and fun attractions throughout the region.
We are delighted to welcome pets to the apartment at an additional charge of £30 (maximum of 2 well behaved dogs!) Please advise on booking if you are bringing along your furry friends!

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
