This a lovely property with a substantial, well maintained pool and surrounding outside area. Lovely to wake up to sea views with the local beach being just a 2 minute walk. The property is well equipped and communication with the host was superb. Would definitely recommend and return when we visit the area.

The property was great for what we needed and in a good location, for Aug the pool being in the shade in the afternoon was good because it was cool to get in and cool us down but not sure if this would be ideal at other times of the year, we would have liked the sun on the pool all day apart from that the villa was equipped with everything we needed

The villa was absolutely lovely and very well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a quiet location. We enjoyed having the pool and sunbeds to use during our stay. There is a bar at the end of the road which was very convenient and a bakery just over 5 minutes walk away. There are several good restaurants within a 15 minute walking distance. A huge plus was the fact that the beautiful beach of Ayia Triada was only a 3 minute walk away and we visited it every day. The beach bar/restaurant (Paragka) was very good and served a good choice of brunch options as well as full meals and is open in the evening as well. The host was very helpful too We would love to stay at the villa again in the future.

Great villa but let down by a lack of, or tired outdoor furniture. No parasols was a real problem. One of the chairs had lost part of one leg and one of the loungers had teeth missing on the rachet. Sun lounger covers were old and split. The BBQ grill was so rusty we bought a new one. The pool should have been cleaned twice a week but twice we waited six days between cleaning. Indoors the dish washer didn't work. Although the villa holds six it would have been nice to have six matching wine glasses, ditto beer glasses. Small things but easily remedied without breaking the bank.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with the outdoor furniture during your stay. We regularly review and update the outdoor furniture when required and will be replacing any items that need attention during our visit this summer. With regard to the parasol, we do advise guests that we do not provide one. The area can become quite windy at times, which has previously resulted in parasols being damaged. We also feel that a parasol could present a safety risk, particularly for young children, if caught by strong winds. Regarding the BBQ area, as outlined in our Visitor Welcome Book, we do not provide BBQ grills. Unfortunately, previous guests have not always cleaned them after use, making it difficult to maintain an acceptable standard. BBQ Racks are available at local supermarkets at a minimal cost. In relation to the swimming pool, it is professionally cleaned twice each week. Unfortunately, we were not aware that the pool had not been cleaned as scheduled until you notified us. Once informed, the pool maintenance company attended within a few hours to resolve the issue. You also mentioned that the dishwasher was out of use. However, we would like to clarify that we do not advertise a dishwasher as one of the property's facilities on our booking page. Finally, thank you for bringing the issue with the glasses to our attention. We have noted your comments and will be purchasing and providing new glasses for future guests during our visit this summer. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us maintain and improve the experience we provide for our guests.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was very quiet and within very easy walking distance to beach. The pool in the rear garden area was a big plus for us and was cleaned by a professional cleaning company at least once during our stay. We had everything we needed for a pleasant holiday and would be very happy to stay here again.
