You will love our quaint place in Denton. Remodeled 1st Floor apartment nicely decorated. Make yourself at Home! So close to TWU, walk 1 block and you are there! Also less than 2 miles from UNT. Can accommodate up to 4 people. Experience Denton living in our nice apartment,

-Free Fast speed WIFI.
-Queen bed and sofa bed with comfy Memory Foam mattresses.
-Fully stocked kitchen.
-Smart TV only (no local channels).
Supplies and linens provided for your use while in the home. Enjoy your stay and make this your home away from home. Nearby loud train, earplugs and sound machines provided for your comfort.

Laundry fanatic? Make full use of Coin Laundry in building.

Supplies included: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dishwashing detergent, kitchen paper towel, (for your comfort given train passing by in Denton)

Nice place

I would have rated it a five but there was no spare tp, no extra blankets (it was very cold outside) and no coffee. It is a cute place and nicely done. The host is awesome!

Can’t wait to go back

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment and the area surrounding it were very cozy and welcoming. The property manager was very good about communicating and I have zero complaints about the place or the experience.

very nice space! we have stayed several times and it is always clean and well kept. convenient location for any activities in the Denton area. quiet neighborhood. great host.

Definitely recommend!

The apartment was just perfect for our 6 night trip to Denton Texas, I would totally book it again. The place was atttactively decorated and very comfy. We played cards at the dining room table & sprawled out on the couch watching tv. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a very roomy shower. Added plus was it was so close to everything!

Supwr nice place!

Sandra was amazing at instructions and answering my emails. We had no problems. I enjoyed the sound machines. Now i need one 😆 great location!

Frame street

We were in town for a wedding so we didn’t spend much time but reasonable price and Sandra kept it clean. She was very easy to communicate with and was readily available. I did not like that we had to pay for an extra parking spot and the location was kind to sketchy but that could be from me just not knowing the area. Overall it’s a good stay

Family gathering

We were looking forward to it. But the apartment looked great but the pullout bed had dead bugs and the sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. The dishwasher didn’t work. I don’t think we will go back. I told the lady and she said she would let her cleaning staff know!!!!!!

Clean and Convenient

We were thrilled to find this place for our recent visit to Denton. It was a spacious apartment for the two of us, conveniently located within walking distance to many shops, pubs, and restaurants. The price was very reasonable. The free off-street parking was nice for loading/unloading the car. The décor was pleasing to the eye; the appliances are high end; and the king-sized bed was very comfy. The bedroom has a walk-in closet with more than ample room for hanging clothes and stowing luggage. The kitchen was stocked with place settings for four as well as some of the basic staples. While we did find sugar and salt on hand, there was no pepper or any of the usual spices/herbs or oil for cooking. Fortunately, we ate most of our meals out. The close-in convenience of this apartment comes with an unfortunate downside, especially for light sleepers. The train tracks are two blocks away, and the trains run every hour, all day and all night. The whistle blows at every intersection through town. The first night, we counted 13 whistle blasts from a single train. We always travel with ear plugs, but they only helped minimally. We borrowed an electric fan from our daughter (who we were visiting) which provided enough "white noise" to make sleep possible on the subsequent nights. Sandra was a gracious and accommodating host!

Thank you Debbie, so glad you found the place convenient and pleasantly decorated. We really enjoy staying at our place when we visit Denton, LOVE the bed too! I really appreciate your feedback, I just ordered 2 highly rated Marpac Dohm sound machines which will help a lot with the train passing. We always want our guests to have a pleasant experience.

Some disappointments

The train was not a problem. Needs more light for evening reading. Needs instructions for use of TV with streaming. Bed was good. Neighborhood quiet. Too few towels both kitchen and bath for 2 people for a week.

Great Little Apartment in a Quiet Neighborhood

The apartment was comfortable and clean. The neighborhood is great with restaurants nearby and easy highway access. Sandra was responsive and professional. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this spot!

Three nights in Denton

This hide-away was quite nice. So easy to access registration with code to door. Clean and well maintained. Got there later at night and really appreciated the tea that was perfect for that time of night. Felt my belongings were safe in the unit when I was gone. Did not hear the neighbors which was nice. The only issue was not being able to find local news/national news on TV, I was not familiar with the TV system they had, but it was ok. Would definitely stay there again. JB from Erie, Pa

Affordable Place to Stay, but needs cleaning

First the good: Check in was very easy. The owner provides you with a list of details in advance. You are given a door code, which is very convenient. Yes, there is a train close by, but I am pretty sure that will be the case with any property located near downtown. We did not find it bothersome. The bathroom has been remodeled and is very nice. The bed was comfy. The noise reduction machines were a nice and thoughtful touch. Sandra was responded quickly when we contacted her with issues. The condo is located close to TWU. The condos are nice enough, but they are located in a neighborhood of ran down homes. You are only allowed one car as the parking for the condos does not allow for extra cars or guests. When our daughter visited, she had to park on the street. When we arrived, we found food in the fridge, including ground beef that had expired about a week before the date we arrived. There were dried black clumps in the kitchen sink. There were dishes in the dishwasher that we couldn't determine whether they were clean or not. There were also insufficient towels/washcloths. I contacted the owner immediately. She had already informed us she would be traveling and out of town, but to contact her with any issues as she had someone who would assist with any needs. The person who could come and deal with the issues was not available until noon the next day. That woman came and delivered the towels/washcloths. She had a bit of an attitude, as if she didn't think it was necessary for her to come. She cleaned the sink, cleaned out the expired food and wiped down the inside of the fridge. She did nothing about the dishes in the dishwasher, so to be safe, we ran it. The owner did refund us the cleaning fee we had been charged. The apartment seems to have been surfaced cleaned, but does not appear to have had a deep cleaning in some time. There is caked up dust on the ceiling fans, dust bunnies in the floor of the bedroom and closet, The air intake cover has a build up of dust. The kitchen garbage can is filthy on the top and sides. When we walked on the floor in white socks, they were grimey in no time. (The stains did not come out when they were washed). There were food crumbs in the freezer. To be totally up front, we did not inform the owner of the deep cleaning issues, mainly because I didn't want to have to deal with the attitude of the woman who came to clean after the first feedback.

Denton Condo - NICE!

Interior appeared to be ALL new. Stylish furnishings, well equipped kitchen & dining. Nice bed and a very large walk-in closet. Very clean & inviting. Sound machines help with the train(I had NO concerns)- 1 in the Main room & 1 in the bedroom. Very well appointed bath & the shower was impressive. I would prefer more parking for a guest - only 1 parking spot per condo. Steve in Austin, TEXAS

Cozy and clean.

Apartment has a great layout and is tastefully furnished with plenty of space (there were 2 of us staying). Bedroom has a large walk-in closet and a comfortable bed. The location is great for accessing dining, coffee shops (West Oak Coffee on the square is my favorite), and nightlife, and is right by TWU. The sound of the train was not an issue at all for us. It came by very infrequently during our stay - I'm not sure if that's because we stayed over the weekend or if it's that way all the time, and it really wasn't that loud. Overall it's a pleasant place to stay.

Charming, modern, well appointed

What a lovely place! The furnishings are warm and modern, the bed was very comfortable, and the train didn’t bother us a bit.
