Unit Layout

This charming 6-room vacation rental extends across 3 levels, offering approximately 120 square metres of thoughtfully arranged living space with a maximum capacity of 8 guests. On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright and comfortable open-plan living and dining area, complete with a dining table, television, and a heating stove. From this level, you have direct access to the garden. The fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this floor and features an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, and a kettle. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor.

On the first upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms: a double bedroom with access to a private balcony, and a second bedroom furnished with 2 single beds. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves this floor.

The second upper floor hosts 2 additional double bedrooms, each with access to a balcony, bringing the total to 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms throughout the property. This level also includes a dedicated office space, offering a quiet area for those who may need to work remotely during their stay.

Amenities Included

The property is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. In the kitchen, a dishwasher and washing machine take care of everyday domestic needs with ease. Outdoor living is well catered for, as the large private patio and terrace are furnished with outdoor furniture, 4 deck chairs, and a barbecue, making them ideal spaces for al fresco dining and relaxation while enjoying the marvellous views of the lake, the surrounding countryside, and the resort. The television in the living area provides in-home entertainment, and heating is available throughout the property via a gas heating system as well as a heating stove in the living room.
