This studio / 1 bath ski-in/ski-out condo sits right at the plaza at Park City Mountain for the ultimate in convenience. With a Queen Murphy as well as a Queen sized sofa bed, this unit has been set up to comfortably accommodate 4 people despite it's small size. Stay right at the resort and be first in the lift lines every morning.

- Queen Murphy bed and Queen pullout sofa bed.
- Full bathroom with tub/shower.
- Entire unit has been tastefully remodeled.
- Cozy fireplace to gather around at the end of the day.
- Included ski locker in the other Lodges building available for our guests.

We want you to be more comfortable than you are at home!

- We have always maintained a very high housekeeping, sanitizing and laundry standard at our properties.

- CHECK-IN - Arrival is after 4pm. You can call/text on the day of your arrival to check if the unit is available but early access is not guaranteed.

- CHECK-OUT - Departure is 10am or earlier. You can call/text the day before your departure to check on flexibility but late check-out is not guaranteed.

Cozy room great location

Perfect place for couple who is wanting quick and easy access to the slopes, parking and the hot tub. Perfect size room for 2 people, room amenities were perfect for cooking, hanging out and sleeping. Bedding was comfortable and the access to the hot tub and slopes were perfect. We can't wait to come back.

Great slopeside apartment

This apartment was great for our family, which was my wife, our two small kids (4 and 7) and me. The Murphy bed was easy to put away in the morning and we had plenty of room to get ready. It's probably comparable in size to smaller hotel room, but there is plenty of room for skis and boots. Once we figured out which door to get in (there is an elevator from the parking garage that doesn't go into the building), it was super easy to get in.It was nice to have a hot tub with a good view right down the hall. Also, the pool and other hot tubs were an easy walk to the other building Chris, the property manager, was super quick to respond and was very helpful. He even came to fix a small issue with no hesitation. Thanks!

great stay!

Amazing location! Just steps away from ski lifts, rentals, shuttle stop, ski lodge, food and shopping. Very clean studio, could use a few minor updates like curtains to go over the blinds and a new shower curtain (it had a lil mildew), but we aren’t picky so it didn’t bother us. Murphy bed was comfortable, and we loved the kitchenette. Overall would stay here again for the convenience of it all.

Location Location Location

You are literally paying for the location to the slopes, ski school, and ski rentals. Hot tub on second floor was like bath water. Dead bugs in both beds, which were NOT at all comfortable. We had to re-wash the dishes, as they were all dirty. All the appliance did work, so we could make breakfast/coffee. The property manager was very responsive and worked with us when we had to change our dates. Parking permit was left for us to utilize, which was unexpected and came in handy for our ski nanny. Overall, we would not stay there again.

The Lodge

Our family enjoyed the coziness of this property and space. It was conveniently located to the slopes and very easy to access a bus to Main Street. It was family friendly.

Great location / fair accommodations

The property and the building could use a good updating. To navigate and enter each place required a 7 to 10 keypad entry which was sometimes a bit of a pain. The parking garage didn’t even have an elevator connection into the building which is very inconvenience to bringing in luggage etc. Chris was responsive to our questions but I think there should have been more things layed out from the start. I would only stay here again for the convenience factor . But probably not even for that.

Overall good experience

We enjoyed the location. Overall nice experience. Only critiques are bring you own quarters if you plan to do laundry, because there is nowhere in town to that will make change. It was a tight space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Pullout couch bed was not comfortable. The

Great in and out ski condo. We couldn’t ask for a better location. Chris is very quick and responsive to any questions and issues. Small living space but was as expected. Really convenient to have parking right downstairs with quick access. Highly recommend without reservations!! (Minor details: Instead of 2 rolls of toilet paper, we actually needed 3 for a week’s stay. A box of Kleenex would’ve been nice as welcome .) Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Great location

The unit was in a great location, with an easy walk to rentals and lifts. Stayed with myself and my two kids. It works fine for the three of us since most of the day was spent outside. The inside of the building feels older, but was clean. The actual condo was nicer and very well maintained.

We stayed for a week and had an amazing trip! A couple things we wish we couldve done differently. ..Rent a car, the ubers really did add up and we couldve seen alot more of the area. Other than that the place was awesome. Great stay

Perfect Location

Great location at the base of Park City mountain resort. 50 yard walk to the first ski chair lift. If you are traveling out to ski, this place was perfect. Awesome to have a designated parking spot as parking can be hard to find on busy days. Will absolutely stay here again in the future when we are back to ski.

Chris, was super helpful with pretty much everything! He was able to give us early check in and late check out! All his recommendation on ski rentals, transportation, etc...were spot on! Extremely pleased with our trip abs will look forward to booking with him again!

Amazing!

Great location to get to the slopes. Underground parking was a huge plus. It would be very cramped for 4 people, but was perfect for two! Murphy bed was super comfortable! Can’t wait to come back!
