Excellent two bedroom house in the centre of Clifden - well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The kitchen especially is well equippedAlthough it’s in the centre of town it was quiet during our mid week stay

Wonderful Holiday in Clifden

We have stayed at this apartment multiple times and will continue to book it for future trips. Caroline greeted us at the apartment and provided us with everything we needed. Very modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and everything you need for a wonderful stay in the beautiful town of Clifden. Kitchen with all of the amenities and a great courtyard for enjoying the times when the sun shines! Highly recommend.

Delightful two-bedroomed terraced house conveniently located in the centre of Clifden.

We were welcomed by Caroline to this delightful, cosy and attractively furnished property in the centre of Clifden with easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and local transport. There are nice touches to the modern decor and the kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with good quality appliances. The beds are comfortable and the two attractive bathrooms are a plus. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Splendid stay in Clifden

My wife & 2 kids (& dog) spent 3 wonderful nights in this beautiful, recently refurbished cottage, right in the centre of Clifden town. It was the perfect place to stay for our trip and we had everything on our doorstep, shops, pubs and parking immediately outside the door. The comfort and cleanliness was top notch and I would not hesitate recommending this to anyone as the perfect place to stay. Looking forward to our return visit already!

Fabulous home in a great location in the heart of the town

Wow! Thats what I thought as soon as the host showed us around this lovely cottage. Really beautifully designed and so well set up for all your needs when on holiday. Great showers. Great kitchen facilities and comfortable beds! Loved it!

Great Clifden Apartment

We stayed at Teach Aine on Church street and couldn't have been happier with the accommodation. Caroline greeted us and provided us with the keys and a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift! The location couldn't have been better! Two bedrooms upstairs with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The living room and kitchen were outstanding and a nice backyard patio to enjoy breakfast or a drink in the evening. We highly recommend and will be back for sure!

My husband, grown up children and dog spent 3 days at this property. The cottage is very tastefully renovated and furnished, with an enclosed back garden to enjoy. The cottage has everything that you need for your stay and is perfectly located. Communication with Caroline was efficient and smooth.Restaurants, bars and shops are literally outside your door. Clifden is a lovely town, and the surrounding area has beautiful scenery and drives. We did Kylemore Abbey and the Sky loop during our stay. Would highly recommend this cottage .

Overall, the cottage was beautifully finished with great care taken to make sure it met the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better and Caroline was super helpful and accommodating when we arrived. Even though it is in the heart of town, near several pubs, we had no issues with noise. The back patio was a special bonus, serene and quiet. Our only issue was that more care was placed on presentation than functionality of the space. It was difficult to relax after a long day of touring because the living and dining furniture, although looks very nice, doesn’t accommodate four adults comfortably when all want to eat/relax at the same time. The beds are also quite small, so if you are an average to above average-sized couple, it will be very difficult to sleep together in one bed. My husband is 6’5” and I am 5’ 8” and we could not get a decent night’s sleep because the length and width of the beds were too short. I would equate the size of the beds to a full sized bed in the US. Sleeping alone, however, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. I would highly recommend this cottage for two adults who sleep separately. If you are two couples, used to a very small bed and don’t plan on spending much time relaxing together in the main living area, you would absolutely love this cottage as well. Even with the comfort issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Clifden and in the cottage!

The bed sizes are stated in the property description, however as a King size bed in European size is more similar to a US queen size. Double sized beds in Europe are similar to full size US beds and these sizes can cause confusion with same names.
