This is a very comfortable home because it’s all on one level, with no stairs, surrounded by a garden with palm trees and beautiful spaces where you can enjoy the tranquility, the sun, and the surroundings. The villa is located in an exclusive residential area—very quiet and ideal for families, couples, and friends. The house is bright, modern, and cozy, with 150 m² of living space on a single level on a 450 m² lot. There are 4 bedrooms: 2 master bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom, one with 4 single beds, and another with a king-size bed. I can also add an extra single bed to the room with two single beds, as well as another one in one of the master bedrooms. There is also a third full bathroom. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, and washing machine. The house features free Wi-Fi and a 55" smart TV with international channels and Netflix. The house has a tropical garden with palm trees—completely private—offering beautiful views of Mount Teide and the Orotava Valley, where you can relax and enjoy your vacation. There is a children’s play area, a picnic area with a barbecue and dining area, a lounge area with lounge chairs, and a beautiful HEATED pool in Siz (HIDDEN URL) (13x19 feet). The pool is equipped with a removable child safety fence. The location is very quiet, in one of the best areas of Puerto de la Cruz. However, the house is a 5-minute drive from the beach in Puerto de la Cruz—or a 20-minute walk—and just 500 meters from the Botanical Garden. The neighborhood has a supermarket and restaurants. Just 500 meters away, you can play golf at one of the island’s exclusive golf courses: Rosaleda Golf. Tenerife North Airport is just a 20-minute drive away, and the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, is 35 minutes away. The island is an ideal place for water sports such as kitesurfing, windsurfing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and scuba diving—or simply for enjoying the wonderful beaches. You can also take boat tours to see whales and dolphins. Enjoy the stunning scenery along scenic drives and hiking trails, all in the island’s perfect climate. The house’s location is ideal for exploring the entire island by car, including Mount Teide and the spectacular volcanic region. Thanks to the highways that crisscross the island, getting around is quick and easy. In Puerto de la Cruz, you can spend a great day visiting Loro Parque, the Botanical Garden, the Martiánez Lakes, and Jardín Beach, among many other activities.
You pay for the final cleaning. If you stay longer than one week, you get one free cleaning and a change of linens and towels once a week.
