Unlike many other accommodations in the area, our rooms feature en-suite bathroom, providing you with added convenient privacy.
Relax in a space where you can unwind after your day whilst enjoying fresh linens, toiletries, and snacks, ensuring you feel right at home.
Whether you’re here for business or leisure, our rooms are the perfect base for you.

Ensuite Room with ironing board, electric iron, TV, kettle, luggage holder and hairdryer.
Guests can store food items in the fridge which is located in the kitchen.

Guests will have access to a private room with their own enclosed toilet which provides additional privacy, a kitchen and garden area.

We do not live locally, however housekeeping can be made available should there be any issues.

Please note that you are more than welcome to arrive any time after 3 pm. Please be mindful of our neighbours if arriving late at night.

Access is automated via codes which will be sent out in time specifically for your stay and will be made active between 3 pm of your check-in date through till 11.00am of your check-out date.
A later checkout time is available @£5ph.

Any issues with your accommodation should be reported upon entry.
Any damages should be reported as soon as possible, so we have time to remedy the issue for the next guest.

Wrapped Extra linen and towels have been made available from the housekeeping team and are chargeable if used @£20.

Please take all of your items upon vacating-any left items may be able to be returned, however, expenses will be incurred and there may be time delays.
No smoking in the building. We have provided a designated area for smoking in the garden.
