One hour drive to the Mackinac Bridge. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and laundry room have been completely remodeled in 2015. Large deck with patio set and bbq grill. Home has baseboard heat and gas logs in living room, with window a/c in living room. House is very clean. Indian Creek flows behind home. Quiet and peaceful setting. Property touches State Land. Next to the snowmobile trails. Living room has roll top desk. 50” Roku TV with Hulu. High Speed WiFi fiber internet. Minimum three night stay, trust us, your worth it. Ocqueoc Falls Retreat dot com.

Outstanding experience

The house was clean and cozy. The owner Jeff communicated with me a number of times prior to arrival, he was very accommodating, he even took time out of his day to take us on a tour of the property. I would highly recommend this rental and Jeff.

An awesome place.

This place is a gem. All the things you could expect from home to make your stay great. Extremely clean and very comfortable. Jeff is great for any issues you may have. I highly recommend staying here. You wont regret it and will want to refer to friends and family.

Relaxing family vacation

Relaxing getaway

Our family had an amazing time. The home is so comfortable and clean. The weather rained the entire time but the home was so relaxing we were able to enjoy family games and cards the entire stay. We ventured out to the falls which were beautiful. Thank you for allowing us to have some quiet family time in a beautiful place.

Quiet and perfect home

This was home away from home for us. Very quiet and peaceful. Super clean. Everything you could possibly need was there. We enjoyed sitting on the porch in the mornings with a cup of coffee. We grilled out every night. Our kids brought their bikes and we walked while they rode them down the gravel road. Loved our stay here. We will definitely be back next year. Jeff was great to talk to and gave a lot of recommendations on what we could go venture out to do and see.

Perfect place to call home base

This house was super clean and comfy. We cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of linens. The living room was roomy and cozy with a gas fireplace. We will absolutely be staying here again.

Clean and serene.

I traveled with my husband, our teenage granddaughter, and another couple with their two young daughters. We enjoyed our peaceful stay. The house is very clean. It's located away from it all but close enough to town. We stayed there because we went to the races in Onaway. We enjoyed a quick trip to the Ocqueoc Falls while we were there also.

Fantastic Vacation Home

We had a really great stay in this home. It is private and quiet. The kids loved playing outside in the yard and playing games on the porch. The home has everything you need to cook a meal there and spend a quiet day relaxing, but is also conveniently located within an hour of many northern lower peninsula destinations. The home owners are friendly, responsive, and helpful answering questions about the area. Even the kids asked if we could come back and stay here again!

a true retreat

This cottage is perfect for your own retreat. We loved hearing the birds sing, watching the stars at night, and lounging on the spacious deck. We appreciated all the little touches that made it so easy to move right in and feel at home. An easy shot to great places to explore, hike, bike and swim. Jeff was a great host and was sure to get lots of information to us so we could enjoy the house and the area.

June weekend get away

Super clean everywhere best describes. The owner let many nice touches and supplies that made the stay easier and more enjoyable. Great dish TV, super spacious living room and deck. 2 spotless bathrooms!! Felt like staying at Granny's house. Highly recommended.

Great Fall Colors Trip

Hideaway with many conveniences

Property is pristine and modern yet rustic and inviting. Jeff was very accommodating and super helpful. We were so comfortable and never bored. We enjoyed the tanquility of the location and the beauty. We were able to unwind and enjoy the time we had. Central to a lot of natural wonders. Well equipped and had all the nature we wanted. I have enjoyed many vrbo properties and this has to be my favorite

Great place!

We had a very nice time in Millersburg MI! Jeff was so easy to communicate with and went above and beyond with his hospitality. He had everything we could have needed already in the house. Quiet property, I think we saw one quad go by the entire time! Very short drive to the falls, buy water shoes ahead of time so you can enjoy the water even more! A very short drive to Lake Huron, Rogers City, and local restaurants. There is a very cute Knaebe's apple orchard & bakery, a must see. Overall, no complaints abd a very enjoyable and relaxing labor day weekend! Thanks for sharing this little hidden gem!

Perfect Vacation Rental

I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a clean, cozy, and relaxing place to stay. The location is perfect for visiting the falls, checking out the lighthouses along Lake Huron, and fishing the nearby lakes. The hosts, Jeff and Sharon, are accommodating to any request you may have, no matter how big or small. They have set the bar high when it comes to hosting. I look forward to coming back and staying a bit longer next time.
