- bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, storage cupboard,

- en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and vanity unit,

- separate WC

- Terrace with shade awning, perfect for meals overlooking the park,

- Bike room, secure private parking.

- Shared swimming pool with small and large baths.

As an option, we offer :

- cleaning service 50 euros

- linen 25 euros/double bed (including sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats)

The apartment Le Novéa is a 2 rooms of good standing, with quality services, located on the 1st floor of a nice recent residence, very well located, beach 300 m and local shops at the foot of the residence.

About 45 m² and ideally designed to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people, the apartment consists of:

- an entrance with a space reserved for the washing machine and the dryer,

- a living room fitted with a dining area with a dining table for 4 people, a lounge area with a sofa bed (sleeping 140x200), a coffee table and a television,

- a shaded loggia, perfect for taking meals, with a table and 4 chairs

- an equipped kitchen (oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, dishwasher, toaster...)

- a bedroom with a bed in 160 x 200 , a wardrobe,

- a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet

- bike garage and secure private parking.
