Estudios Blue Beach by Escape Home

The Blue Beach studios are just a few metres from Cala'n Forcat beach and consist of a small complex of 6 studios with a shared swimming pool and a terrace with sun loungers perfect for relaxing in the sun. Each one-bedroom studio features a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed and a bathroom with shower or bathtub with towels and bed linen provided, a living area with air conditioning, sofa bed, dining table with chairs and Smart TV, free Wi-Fi throughout the studio and a fully equipped kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, capsule coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Guests can also enjoy a private terrace with table and chairs and have access to a shared laundry area free of charge.

For groups consisting of guests aged between 18 and 26 years, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Whit Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property has been inspected, provided that no damage has occurred and house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax applies to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

In the event that this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
