A completely private self-contained garden studio set within a private farm estate, 10 minutes from Bath. Complete privacy, open countryside, and easy access to the city.



The Space:

A single-storey, open-plan studio with modern facilities. One entire wall is floor-to-ceiling glass with huge sliding doors opening onto a large decked terrace, flooding the space with natural light and framing uninterrupted views over the gardens, private orchard, and surrounding countryside towards Solsbury Hill made famous by rock musician Peter Gabriel - In the heart of a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to private parking on the farm, the studio is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. We kindly ask that this is an adults only retreat.



The Neighborhood:

Set in the village of Box, surrounded by countryside designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the studio sits at the heart of some of the region’s best walking and cycling country. Footpaths lead directly from the door, including a popular lane route to the Northy Arms, a well-regarded local pub serving excellent food and drink.



The Kennet and Avon Canal is close by, with scenic towpath walks and further good pubs along the way. Bikes can be hired in both Bath and Bradford-on-Avon.



Bath, a UNESCO World Heritage city is just 10 minutes by car, with a local bus and taxis also available for those who’d rather leave the driving to someone else.



Getting Around:

The garden studio is easy to reach by car, with plenty of private off-street parking on site. It’s also accessible by train, Bath and Bradford-on-Avon both have stations, with taxis available for the onward journey.



Other Things to Note:

The location is rural so access paths can be uneven. This accommodation is suitable for couples wanting a quiet retreat or friends wanting to make the most of stunning country walks and easy access to the world heritage City of Bath.



There is a small and quiet public footpath that runs along the bottom of the garden behind the perimeter hedge which is easily accessible by turning left out of the garden gate.



One well-behaved dog is welcome at an additional charge of £35.
