Perfect size and location. The loft was nice and allowed a space for my son and his girlfriend to watch movies and be on their own. Quick walk to the center of town. The unit was super cozy and clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great location, very clean, awesome communication

Great spot - right in the heart of it. We ate all our meals downtown and walked to dinner. Very clean, and quick communication when we had questions. Highly recommended!

Great location

Great location to best restaurants and historic district. East five minute drive to parking for lifts. Clean, great space, loved covered parking. Easy getting in and out of garage. Overall great experience - would recommend!

Great accommodations close enough to gondola to walk!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed this condo for a long weekend ski trip to Breck. The gondola was about a 10 minute walk, not the most fun with skis on your back but bearable. The kitchen was incredible and definitely the highlight of the unit!

Location, location, location!

This property is so close to where you want to be In Breckinridge! We had a question regarding the check in process, but it was quickly resolved. The space was clean, fun and well stocked with all things necessary for a seamless stay.

Central downtown location

You will love the walkability of this and kids loved indoor pool and hot tub. Great kitchen and loft is much bigger than you think and great for all the kiddos. Would absolutely return.

Family Vacay

We had an amazing trip. The condo was super close to Main Street so we were able to walk to most things. We had plenty of room for 6 people and we appreciated the separate upstairs area for the teenagers. The only issue we had was being able to park in the garage. Our SUV was too large to fit between the structural posts for #307 so we had to park outside.

Comfortable and Well Equipped in a Great Location

We spent the week at this very comfortable condo in Breckenridge. The condo was very well equipped, particularly the kitchen which had everything I needed for preparing 3 family dinners during our stay. There were lots of spices, olive oil, coffee and filters, and even one sharp knife which made me so happy since I had a lot of chopping to do. The location is fabulous, a short walk to Main Street and all the restaurants and shops. We also really appreciated having a parking space assigned since parking in Breck can be really difficult! Our only complaint was that the listing indicated cable TV and there was no cable hooked up and it was not a smart TV. We could log into our own accounts, but since we have cable at home we had no way of watching the news or regular network programming. Management was very responsive and installed a Roku device which allowed us with creating some accounts to watch much of what we wanted to watch. The other item to note and to ask about before you book: the pool and hot tub were under construction so there was no access to this amenity. All in all, we would book again.

Vacation 2024

This condo had its pros and cons. It is located just a few blocks from Main Street where there was a vast array of shopping and restaurants. Ideal if you do not want to fight for parking and just walk to enjoy the view. The condo was quiet. There was construction taking place in the courtyard during the daytime/weekdays. But this wasn’t an inconvenience because we were out during these times. The condo was clean, but the washing machine did not work when we stayed. So, you had to use the condos laundry room to do any of your laundry. So, take a lot of quarters!!! Some of the issues we had were getting in contact with the host. It was near impossible to get a response from the company. We called for several important issues and only received a return when we had Vrbo get in touch. We didn’t get any of our check-in information until the day of while getting onto our flight which consisted of us filling out paperwork in order to get our check-in information. I felt this was late notice and this was one of the calls we had made to the property manager. Beds weren’t the greatest either. They were not as comfortable as we had hoped but to each their own. Would we stay there again?…..NO

Great place for all that Breck offers

6 of us stayed for my 50th Birthday, condo is great and we'll stocked - we didn't want for anything. Great location for main Street and all the great restaurants. Would definitely book again.
