Access the covered terrace from the living room, where you can enjoy lovely barbecue nights or sunbathing at daytime. There is a sandbox.If the house has a gas grill, the guest must bring their own gas. If the house has a charcoal grill, the guest must bring their own charcoal.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
