Luxurious Villa Marca, located in the heart of the historic town of Nin, offers the perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy. With 300 m2 of living space and a 600 m2 garden, it is ideal for a relaxing vacation, comfortably accommodating 8 guests, with a maximum capacity of 10 guests.

The villa consists of four air-conditioned bedrooms located on the upper floor. The master bedroom features a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, and access to a balcony. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) and a private bathroom with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have two separate beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined into a larger bed if needed. These two rooms share a common bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is also a room with an additional bed (160x200 cm), ideal for two extra guests.

On the ground floor, the villa features a spacious, air-conditioned living room, the perfect place to relax with a Smart TV and your favorite movie. It has an open-concept layout and is connected to the modern kitchen, ideal for preparing gourmet meals. Guests can enjoy their meals in the elegant dining room or on the spacious terrace, creating unforgettable moments with local specialties. For added comfort, there is an indoor fireplace, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The ground floor also includes a fourth bathroom with a shower.

The living room opens onto an elegant terrace, perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The exterior features a heated hydromassage pool (36 m2), surrounded by loungers and an outdoor shower. In addition to enjoying the pool, guests can make use of additional amenities such as the PlayStation 5 console, table football, and table tennis. The youngest will enjoy the children’s playground with a playhouse, swing, and slide. For barbecue enthusiasts, there is an outdoor charcoal grill, ideal for preparing favorite grilled dishes, creating the perfect opportunity to enjoy outdoor meals.

In addition to all its amenities, Villa Marca proudly offers an authentic stone tavern – a perfect retreat from the summer heat. This cozy space features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, a charcoal grill, a comfortable sofa for relaxing, a large table with seating for ten people, and a television. It’s an ideal setting for preparing and enjoying delicious meals, spending time with family and friends, and creating unforgettable memories.

Villa Marca ensures complete privacy and three private parking spaces, offering guests a sense of security and comfort.

Guests of Villa Marca have access to two bicycles and two SUPs for enjoying outdoor activities.

Additionally, a concierge service is available – offering the possibility of ordering and delivering food from a nearby restaurant according to guests’ preferences, as well as organizing boat trips to explore the surrounding beauty.

The nearest beach is the beautiful Ždrijac Beach 400 m air distance.

Pets are welcome upon prior request. The accommodation fee for small pets up to 5 kg is 10 euro per pet per day, while for pets over 5 kg, the fee is 20 euro per pet per day.
