Layout & Interior.....

The villa spans two levels. The lower (basement) floor offers a large living/TV room, open dining area and a modern kitchen with high‑quality appliances, plus two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master suite has a king‑size French bed (184 cm), a dressing room with a vanity and a safe, and an ensuite with a long bathtub and a separate shower. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle. Between the garage and the dining room is a multifunctional utility room with an adjoining laundry.

The third bedroom is on the upper floor with two single beds, an anteroom with a sofa bed (available for an extra charge) and a further bathroom. All furniture is new or in excellent condition.
