The 53m2 accommodation is located on the ground floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, there is a step to access the apartment.



The internal space is composed as follows:

- KITCHENETTE equipped with gas hob (5 burners), counter, fridge, freezer, moka, washing machine, electric kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses;

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, chairs and dining table, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers;

- BEDROOM with double bed and large wardrobe;

- BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and raised shower cubicle (there is a step to access).



FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, air conditioning in the living room, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

A few kilometers from the border with Tuscany, La Spezia is one of the unmissable stops in Liguria. The entire province of La Spezia, sandwiched between the sea and the mountains, is characterized by dream beaches, cliffs, villages and natural wonders. La Spezia is also the access point to some of Italy's main wonders, such as the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere, but also has noteworthy attractions in the centre.

Alternatively, it is possible to take the Pisa Mover shuttle service from the airport to Pisa station, from which it is possible to take the regional train to La Spezia Migliarina station, a 14-minute walk from the property.



- From La Spezia Centrale station, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train to Migliarina station, a 14-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take bus no. 5 from the Central Station to the “San Giovanni” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.



- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for free on the street near the property (NOT bookable and NOT guaranteed) or for a fee on blue lines.
