Located in a private condominium in Albufeira, Albufeira Green Dream is a perfect getaway for families and small groups. This spacious two-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests and offers a welcoming and well-equipped space for a relaxing stay.

The apartment features one en-suite double bedroom with a private bathroom, a second bedroom with a single bed with pull-out second bed, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for two guests. A second full bathroom is also available.

The entire apartment is fully air-conditioned, ensuring comfort throughout the year. The bright and airy living area opens onto a spacious balcony, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals or a barbecue while overlooking the condominium gardens. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals with ease.

Guests staying at Albufeira Green Dream have access to two shared swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and green areas. Families with children will appreciate the on-site playground, and the condominium offers inviting outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the day.

Free parking is available outside the condominium. The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from Albufeira’s stunning beaches and the lively town center, where guests can explore a variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options.

Whether you are looking to discover the Algarve or simply unwind in a quiet setting, Albufeira Green Dream is the perfect choice for a memorable holiday.



HOUSE RULES

GENERAL GUIDELINES
✔ No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
✔ Follow the condominium rules, particularly regarding the use of the pool, garden, and common areas.
✔ Do not rearrange the furniture - it must remain in its original position.
✔ Report any damages to our team or the condominium immediately.
✔ Do not swing on the pergola, and always close the cover in case of strong wind.
✔ Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult while using the pool.
✔ All rules must be followed as defined in this section and throughout the rest of the listing. The Condominium reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises if rules are not respected after one verbal warning.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We want to ensure that our home remains in excellent condition for you and future guests. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention to the following aspects, which are part of the House Rules and the Accommodation Agreement accepted upon confirmation of your booking.
Please treat the house, furniture, equipment, and linens as if they were your own. If something gets damaged, broken, or does not work properly, please inform our team as soon as possible so that we can verify and/or replace it in a timely manner, ensuring comfort for you and the next guests.
Please close all doors and windows carefully whenever you leave the property and ensure that the air conditioning and/or other non-essential equipment are turned off to avoid energy waste and potential risks.

MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX
A municipal tourist tax applies in Albufeira to all guests aged 13 and over at the time of check-in, as follows:
€2 per person/night from April 1st to October 31st.
This tax is charged per person, per night in all tourist accommodations and short-term rental properties, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay.
Please confirm the age of all guests at the time of check-in, as the tax applies based on the guest’s age on the check-in date.
When we contact you to prepare the check-in, we will confirm the amount due and send you a link to complete the payment before your arrival.

EXTRA SECURITY DEPOSIT
For reservation requests from groups consisting exclusively of young guests without an accompanying responsible adult, as well as for bookings during seasonal events or special occasions, we reserve the right to request an extra security deposit to cover potential damages and/or additional cleaning.
If you think this may apply to your group or if you have any questions regarding the security deposit, please contact us in advance. You must accept the conditions before confirming your reservation. Subsequently, we will send a payment link for the security deposit, which must be completed before your arrival.
After check-out, once our team has inspected the property and confirmed that no damages or extra cleaning are required, the full deposit amount will be refunded within 48 hours.

CHECK-IN
Before check-in, all non-resident guests in Portugal must provide basic information and present their identification documents, as required by national law under Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement. Our team will contact you in advance to request all the necessary information.

BABY CRIB AND HIGH CHAIR
We provide baby cribs and/or high chairs for our youngest guests, subject to availability and an additional cost. For more information or to make a request, please contact us.

CLEANING
A standard cleaning service is included in your stay. Additional cleaning services can be requested, subject to availability and an extra charge.
Cleaning Includes:
✔ Check-in: Fresh bed linen and towels provided.
✔ For stays of 7 nights: Mid-week towel change and a light cleaning service (bathrooms and kitchen).
✔ For stays of 11 nights: End-of-week towel and linen change + light cleaning service (bathrooms and kitchen).
✔ Check-out cleaning.
Eating or drinking in the bedrooms is not allowed to prevent stains or odors, and dispose of trash regularly to minimize the risk of ants and other pests. Waste containers are conveniently located outside the condominium on the street.

COMMON AREAS IN THE CONDOMINIUM
The condominium where the property is located includes a gym and a lounge area. However, guests of the apartment do NOT have access to these facilities.
Guests staying in the apartment have free access to the shared swimming pools - one for adults and one for children - as well as the children's playground, gardens, and green spaces surrounding the pool area.

POOL AREA RULES
The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Children under 12 years old or non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult.
Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
Adults are responsible for ensuring children use designated pool facilities.
Children must wear appropriate swimming diapers.
Sun loungers should not be left occupied while unattended.
Please keep the area clean when leaving.
Only individuals with proper hygiene are allowed in the pool.
Swimwear is mandatory.
No pets are allowed in the pool area.
Balls and inflatables are not permitted in the pool or garden.
Glass containers are strictly prohibited.
Eating or drinking inside the pool is not allowed.

PROPERTY ACCESS AND STAY
Without prior notice, no individuals other than the registered guests at check-in are allowed to access, stay, or sleep in the property.

NOISE
In Portugal, quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this period, any noise that may disturb neighbors must be avoided.

SMOKING
This is a non-smoking home. If you wish to smoke, please do so only in outdoor areas and always dispose of cigarette butts in an ashtray.

PARTIES AND EVENTS
As stated earlier, parties or any kind of gathering that may cause damage to the property or disturb the neighbors are strictly prohibited. Guests must respect all house and condominium rules to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.

CHECK-OUT
On the day of check-out, please:
✔ Leave the house tidy and in good condition.
✔ Collect all your belongings to ensure nothing is left behind.
✔ Dispose of all trash in the designated bins outside the property. Containers are located on the street outside the condominium.
Our cleaning team will take care of the rest.
