The accommodation:

Duplex apartment in a recently renovated building, located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood (Extramurs). It has been decorated with carefully chosen furniture where you will perceive a fresh, welcoming and practical atmosphere, with everything you may need during your stay.



The duplex apartment, of 137 m², has the following spaces:

GROUND FLOOR:

- Bright living-dining room with capacity for 8 diners equipped with double sofa bed of 100x185 cm, round dining table, HD TV and access to extended balcony.

- Open kitchen to the living room fully equipped with small appliances (Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle and blender).

- Cosy master bedroom with double bed of 150x190 cm and spacious wardrobes. En-suite bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, mirror, sink and toilet.

- Second bedroom with single bed of 90x200 cm, wardrobe and desk.

- 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower, mirror, sink and toilet.



1ST FLOOR (accessed by stairs):

- 2nd open-plan bedroom with double bed of 150x200 cm, sofa bed of 100x185 cm and 2 poufs.



It is provided with bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome kitchen amenities: (1 scourer, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing powder, dishwasher tablets, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom), bathroom amenities: (hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1.5 litre bottle of mineral water.

The Neighbourhood:

Extramurs is a residential district built as an extension of the old city of Valencia, in order to accommodate the growing population. In fact, most of the buildings were constructed between 1900 and 1960. In this area it is really easy to stock your pantry, there are several supermarkets in the area where you can easily find organic food.



The property is located in the Arrancapins neighbourhood, close to Ángel Guimerá Metro stop. A quiet residential area ideal for visiting with family, 15 minutes' walk from the famous Mercat de Rojas Clemente, 19 minutes' walk from the Torres de Quart, 15 minutes from the Central Market and 20 minutes from Plaza del Ayuntamiento. In the surroundings you will enjoy a multitude of restaurants and local shops.



How to get around:

An area perfectly connected by Bus, Metro, Taxi and Cycle Lane that takes us 10 minutes to the Historic Centre and 20 minutes to Malvarrosa Beach.

- No rubbish in the accommodation. Waste bins are located on the street. Valencia has a daily waste collection service for 4 types: paper / glass / containers and plastics in addition to general waste.
